The service department leaves much to be desired. I was told I would be getting a loaner car while my Maverick was being repaired. Waited for about 2 hours and then was informed that someone had forgot to order the loaner. Not a happy camper at this point and told them just give me my vehicle back and I'll go somewhere else. Well, then suddenly, they could rush the repair through and it would be ready in a little while. A little while turned out to be another hour. Keep in mind I had driven all the way from Pahrump, about 60 some miles first thing in the morning to be first on the list. Oh, and this was the second time around to resolve the problem. Finally it was fixed, I guess, including the nut that they had left off of the battery hold down bracket the previous time.

Friendly Ford is never a disappointment. They are quick to greet me as I pull in, paperwork is quick and I usually get the suv back before the estimated time.

I wish that they could make accommodations for things that happen. I had already made my appointment and the engine light came on on my way to drop the car off. Because that was not mentioned in the earlier appointment note it would take additional time or different staff to look at the engine light….which wasn’t available the day I brought my car in and I needed to make another appointment to bring my car back. If they already have the car why not just take care of it at the time.

Great experience from start to finish. Very seamless process. I was kept informed of every step along the way regarding my trade in and the financing of my new car. If you are looking to trade in your vehicle, I recommend seeing Charles and Bobby.
