It was ok
I put 5 stars for service but that?s only directed towards Dominick. First impression sucked. I?ve never had to wait and ask for help at a car dealership.. we came in knowing we were wanting to buy a jeep we found online. walked around outside to look at the jeep, no one came to talk to us which was fine, went inside, waited probably 5-10 minutes before someone actually acknowledged us. There were a lot of people standing around, no one even told us someone would be right with us or anything we just stood there at the front waiting. I guess we didn?t look like we could afford a car from there but we bought the jeep we came for. Dominick was the only one who acknowledged us (we saw him doing something when we walked in, he wasn?t actively ignoring us like it seemed the others were) and he provided great service. Thanks Dominick for the help! I?d recommend the dealership if you?re not wearing jeans and carharts and have 2 kids with you haha. It was also awkward how the finance guys attitude totally changed after we didn?t want the warranty.. It was kinda uncomfortable. The experience was weird but we came for the car and got the car so that?s all that matters. If I ever want a BMW I?ll go back to Dominick.
