My BMW was in for service and I had the privilege of having Katelyn as my advisor. She kept in great contact, explained everything in a way I could understand. She made sure I was taken care of 100%. The service was very quick, I was thankful. I picked it up and Katelyn wasn't there, Tyson helped me. Another great experience, he was very friendly and approachable.

We factory ordered a vehicle and from the the first visit to the day we picked up our new beautiful car the experience was fantastic! Our sales associate was great explaining the order process to the final delivery 4 months later. I was in the market for a low milage Lexus GX460 and found a nice example at this dealership. As I had never test driven one, I asked if it was possible and within minutes we were heading down the road. Anthony was very personable and easy to talk to. By the next day after bringing my truck in I was able to make a deal I was happy with. Highly recommend this dealership.

We have always had a good and pleasant experience. I liked the fact we were sent a video of vehicle of the repairs/service. For me I thought it was pretty cool to see our vehicle and tech going over the vehicle checking and letting us know about any repairs or checks that needs to be repaired or getting close to needing repair. The service manager Barbara took us back to repair area to show us our tires on our vehicle which needed to be replaced and thoroughly explained our options and warranty. We were expressed how immaculate the service/repair was. We always enjoy coming to the dealership, everyone is always pleasant and very nice. Jayme thank you it truly makes a difference. Besides what better place to have coffee or ice cream while waiting on your vehicle to repaired, or visiting with your car salesmen Dominic who is an awesome Salesman. ? Gordon has done an amazing job and we have always enjoyed working with him, which keeps us coming back. We were always treated well and most of all very honest and fair. took my I3 in for 40k service. Outrageous prices, not finished on time, list if services not completed, car not washed. What are they thinking? It is the only BMW dealer in town.

This was a repair under warranty. There was a warning light on the dashboard. It was diagnosed and is being repaired.

Excellent communication, friendly service and transparent. I drove from out of town and the process was quick and professional.
