This is the 3rd time my car has been in for service (normal oil/changes/etc). Each time I have been so lucky to get Rafael Valdez as our service writer/etc. Not only does he know his automobiles/job he takes time to go over all the details and answer any questions. When finished he washes the car and brings it back to you.
