Rafael went above and beyond to extend the best service.

Rafael went above and beyond to extend the best service. He explained everything and was kind and polite. The dealership is under construction so the waiting area is different, I’m sure they’ll all be glad when it is finished.

Matt Hurley and Nick Migliaccio did an excellent job of setting me up with my new car. They were very knowledgeable and professional in their approach. At the end they made sure I had a working knowledge of all the accessories associated with my new car. I am very please with the whole buying experience.

David Thibeault made my car purchase experience

David Thibeault made my car purchase experience absolutely smooth and easy. No pressure, he made sure I got the car I wanted, was always in contact with me the entire way…even after my purchase. I was very happy he was still with Henkins as I bought my 2011 Sonata from him!! It felt like I came home to buy my Genesis. Thank you so very much.

I had a concern about engine noise.

I had a concern about engine noise. And since I had a long day trip coming up I wanted to make sure there wasn’t a problem that was going be an issue when traveling four or five hours away from home. From the time I arrived till a through check of my car was done the service was top notch. Quality service from the time I arrived. All is well!

Service was very efficient.

Service was very efficient. Waiting area ckean and fully stocked with beverages and snacks. Tara was Exceptional. Car was serviced perfectly and even washed. So glad to be part of Jenkins Hyundai family in Leesburg Florida.
