Very Good Experience from Overseas!
Dealt with Clif, good guy, smooth transaction and was very helpful in my transport of vehicle, would recommend them based upon persistence, professionalism and going the extra mile.

Dishonest
Bought a 2007 wrangler from VIP and it was not inspected. My son got it home and began to find all kinds of problems from badly worn out ball joints, misaligned body panels, and even a rear quarter panel that some one took a cutting wheel to. At the time of sale the salesman said the body damage mentioned in the car fax was due to a lift kit install, which is a lie. A lift kit is not ever mentioned as body damage on a car fax. It looks like it probably had a frontal collision so someone put after market fenders on it to “repair” it or cover it up and now the cowl panels and the grill don’t line up. The wheel hubs were also shot, and the front differential gears had teeth missing! If we had engaged the front axle off-road it would have grenaded the front axle differential. Since purchase I’ve replaced approximately $6000 worth of things that should have been done prior to sale, or after the repairs I should have been reimbursed. The lesson is don’t buy from VIP auto. This guy doesn’t know what vehicles he’s buying from auction, and then lies about the damage to a vehicle. He’s not offered to pay anything to offset the costs of necessary repairs and then tried to tell me I had the wrong dealership until I showed him the sales receipt with his name on it. Avoid this place, he doesn’t know what he’s selling and he’ll tell you whatever lie he needs to sell a car. I’m glad people have steered clear after sharing my experience with them.

Work truck
Went to VIP Auto Sales after looking at dealers all day... found the truck I need in my budget and purchased it... great staff including Ken the owner... very professional and helpful, not pushy like the bigger car stores. Thank you VIP Auto Sales for the great shopping experience... I will be back in the near future

Friendly and proffesional!
VIP was great. I never felt pressured by the salesman and it was clear that he really cared about my needs. If you need to buy a car I cannot recommend VIP more.

Sorry, Not Available!!
After driving from the west valley to see, and probably buy, the advertised Infiniti SUV, I was told it was unavailable because another employee's wife was using it and I could return the next day. What a waste of my time, a poor way to do business and a typical misuse of dealer license plates.

Buying a Used RV
Great bunch of guys! My expectations have been exceeded on all counts. I never thought that purchasing a used RV could be a good experience. :) I would recommend VIP Auto Sales without reservation!

Got Road?
We drove from Tucson to see a 2009 5th wheel at the V.I.P. lot in Mesa. The Bighorn was the right size and looked in great condition. We noticed the black water tank valve seemed to be stuck, but we thought perhaps it just sat a bit too long and not a major issue. We put a down payment and only asked they make sure it was highway safe for the haul back to Tucson a week later. Once back in Tucson after setting up, we could not get the black tank to drain. We called V.I.P. and they told us to take it to a local RV repair shop and to call them with an estimate. We got the tank emptied and a new valve was installed and V.I.P. footed the bill (close to $500). We want to thank the folks at V.I.P. for taking care of us. We are happy campers!

Pleasant experience
Saw a very nice RV on their internet site (which is very well done and easy to navigate). Talked with Joe on the phone and in person. Not your usual high pressure used car guy. I was informed the unit was off property and when it arrived Joe called me. I met with Joe and Ken, inspected the unit, and it was exactly as described. I wanted to buy it. I asked Ken what price would make him and myself happy. In two minutes we had a win, win price and we were both happy. Needless to say Ken, and Joe are the exact opposite of the used car dealers stereotype. Good job guys!!! You can't go wrong with these guys.

Phenomenal Dealership
My husband and I purchased a used vehicle from VIP. A problem arose with it, and Kenny, the owner was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction. He is a phenomenal person to work with. You just don't find men like Kenny with such honesty and integrity in the used automotive business. We will certainly return to VIP for our future automotive needs and will recommend them to our friends.
