Dmitry, the sales manager, was transparent and supportive throughout the process and made sure the numbers truly made sense for my situation. Joey in finance was personable, clear, and made what is usually the most stressful part feel smooth and easy. The entire team was understanding, professional, and respectful of my time. From start to finish, the process was seamless and well-coordinated, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. We were very disappointed in the service at Jackson Acura from the moment we arrived. Chege was not well educated on the features of the car that we were purchasing and gave us incorrect information. He also seemed very disengaged in the sale of the car. Dmitry was and still is the most unpleasant man we have ever encountered at a car dealership. Before we arrived at Acura, we had many pleasant dealership experiences, but chose Jackson Acura due to a friends recommendation. Dmitry speaks down to women and has terrible communication skills. He is the reason that we will not recommend Jackson Acura to others.

Jackson Acura was extremely helpful at obtaining the exact Acura MDX I wanted at a good price and took sufficient time to acquaint me with all the updates to my previous Acura.

We are very pleased with Chege and Dmitry. They show courtesy, respect and professionalism. As a female buyer I have been treated with the utmost respect by both. This is my 6th purchase with them. I have been completely disregarded by other dealers in the past. This is never the case here. They are even engaged post sale. Is Chege a product specialist- no- but he will assist and guide you if he doesn't have the answer. That's how it works. The cars can be researched all online anymore. I will continue to do business with them and encourage all others to do so. Purchased : used RDX on Dec 12th.
