Excellent service as always even with a few system hiccups. I was in and out and still made it on time to my appointment.

Yvonne was our service agent and went out of her way to make our service as seamless as possible. She was able to set us up in our own area with our dog and get the maintenance moving as quickly as possible. In addition, Yvonne had my key Fob fixed with a new battery without charge since it had gone through two batteries in 10 months. 10 out of 10 for Yvonne!

Reggie Hammond was very helpful and knowledgeable. A lot to learn about the MDX but Reggie provided information as well as someone that comes to the dealership to help educate. Only have had the vehicle for a few days but the experience at the dealer was great. Hoping the maintenance process is just as smooth.
