During my last three visits for car issues, there were never any loaner vehicles available for issues that have now persisted for more than two years. My infotainment system fails regularly, and I have to wait at least an hour for them to do a hard reset of the system extremely frustrating with this vehicle.

I had to drop in without an appointment as I had a tire that appeared to have an issue. They quickly worked me in and in no time I was back on road with my new tire!
