They are there to look at your car,ask you what you are there for, and answer all of the questions you have about your car. i always wait for my car and they will come to me to be sure that everything is taken care of. If they find a problem they explain it and will fix it right away. Saves me another trip. Neat, clean and efficient.

Short version I had a tire blow out at 8000 miles. I went to a local tire shop I use and the price was very high. Called Busam and the tire was ordered that day and installed by the service department a day later. The entire experience was a good one.

Best customer service ever...probably saved me an emergency road assistance event! During routine oil change/checkout, techs found nail in side of tire. Anthony arranged for loaner until out of stock tire could be sent to Busam and mounted.
