Took my Subaru in for 1000 mile service check. They took me right in. They were very professional and quick. My questions were answered in a timely manner.

The dealership has upgraded is facility in the past year,

The dealership has upgraded is facility in the past year, great improvement. The distance is the only down side for me, about a half hour drive.

I had a charging system problem with my 2019 Subaru

I had a charging system problem with my 2019 Subaru Outback. After talking with first AAA and then Subaru (Busam dealership), I learned that there was a problem with the DCM module battery. It had died, resulting in malfunctioning of the alternator, hence the dead main battery. I discovered later that there was a class action lawsuit about this. Surprised there was no recall. Anyway, Anthony Volpe at Busam took excellent care of my problem. He installed the main battery at no charge. I paid $100 for the DCM battery.

I was very happy with the service and communication from my service advisor Anthony. I was not happy at all with the charge to use a credit card. That is the cost of doing business not another revenue stream!!!

My neighbor who works for busam Subaru in the service dept. recommended going there to get a new Impreza I walked in spoke with Ray he hooked us up with Kyle dirks our salesman. He was fantastic very knowledgeable and on top of it he did not waste time got us out numbers quickly for a car that just came off the truck. Ray was fantastic on getting us the best rate and payment. I appreciate all the help this is my first Subaru and hope to continue purchasing from busam thank you for the awesome experience we greatly appreciate it and will recommend everyone in the market to go see Kyle and Ray!

We got conflicting stories before using this dealership.

We got conflicting stories before using this dealership. When we arrived they used underhand tactics between the salesman to get the sale. We had been calling around to get a specific Subaru. Our family really needed the number of seats, specifically. It was kind of a race to see which dealership could bring it in. Unless going cash in hand to negotiate a better price I wouldn't use this dealership ever again. My parents who have bought numerous new Subaru's refuse to buy from this dealership. They'd rather drive to KY. Some of the sales people are in your corner but it's hit or miss. We ran into two, and the first tried to use underhanded tactics. We walked. They kept calling and truth be told had they not brought in the vehicle to place in front of us before the other dealership could we wouldn't have made the purchase. Maybe worth the drive to look and learn about the cars in real time. To ask questions and get real time feedback but they do not keep their word. We've called the salesman numerous times after we purchased he doesn't return or calls. My wife wanted to be a co-signer. They refused now she cannot do anything on the account when she calls. But at the dealership they could have fixed that. The is why I refuse to even go back. We love Subaru and the brand don't get me wrong. But the dealership is a slimy one. I wish I could have rated this dealership a big fat 0.

When you are buying a family car and one sales person tells your wife they need an extra $500 down on top of the sticker price to bring in. A separate sales person drives from another state to bring the vehicle in separate sales ppl without charging you the $500, why would you want to sign with the dealership. Had the vehicle not been so hard to get we would have gone elsewhere. Listing my wife as a cosigner should have happened. We will forever have issues with this. They won’t even talk to her when payments are made. Had our family not needed an Ascent in a timely manner we never would come back to this dealership.
