Add on package to each vehicle
Called up about a call advertised. At the end of the discussion learned they do not discount, which I respect. Unfortunately, they add a $1400+ package to the price of each car. Disappointing that some dealers do this now.

Bob, was my car salesman and he was amazing throughout my car shopping experience. He was super attentive, knowledgeable and very informative. He guided me as I became a first time Tesla owner and thought me everything I need it to know about Teslas with so much patience. This is the third car I buy from Autos of Dallas in Plano and they never seize to amaze me. Their customer service and car inventory is the reason I always come back for more business. Thank you Bob and thank you Autos of Dallas for an amazing car shopping experience!

Dishonest liar’s
Went in to purchase a vehicle and found the one we wanted and started making the deal with (Mitch) and there was a couple minor issues that they somewhat fixed while we were there and 1 issue that needed to fixed that was gonna have to be done later and was promised to be paid for by them and was told we could take it to the dealership and get it fixed and they would pay for that is until we got it to the dealership and they no longer wanted to honor it and went back on the document and word of paying for it! Very untrustworthy company and would not recommend anyone do business with these people at all

CHECK THE CARS YOU BUY!!!!!!
Decided to make a long distance purchase of a BMW. Traded in my car- sent VIN and photos drove over 3 hours and completed a bunch of paperwork beforehand to save time. Only to get there to be told that they were giving me less on my trade- took hours to finish the purchase and then when I had an issue with my wiper blades (as I was already in Houston), they kept stringing me along telling me they were “shipping me the blade arm). Obviously that never happened. Set aside the blade arm. It’s my fault because I didn’t check the blades before I bought it, I guess. I just think it’s crazy that they had all the information for my trade in and decided to offer me less because it was in an accident. I’m 100% ok with this, but tell me before I head out there so that I’m ok with that- don’t let mw drive 3 hours only to be strong armed into accepting the crappy offer. You have my VIN- why aren’t you running the carfax immediately and including that in your offer. The place seems like you can go and get decent deals done—- but they 100% take advantage of any little weakness they see. But it’s not their fault—- any used car lot does this. I just thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt.

The customer service at this place was absolutely amazing. My salesman Bob Tauber His crew of Sydney and Kenny were more than helpful in my purchase they were outstanding people . Bob was courteous upfront honest transparent about everything. He text me a video of the vehicle I was inquiring about etc. Sydney entertained my son as I conducted business. The price was great and transaction was smooth. The environment was exquisite and comfortable. Despite the lavish but bountiful inventory Autos of Dallas Plano had their team members made me feel like I belonged there. I will definitely recommend the dealership and Bob as a salesman. To all I know in search of a place to find a vehicle. 5* customer service rating from me.

I have waited months to write this review to give the
I have waited months to write this review to give the dealership a chance to change my mind but in the end, they failed and I would never recommend them to anyone. Though they made several mistakes in the transaction, it was up to me to chase them down and ultimately up to me to fix what I could. These guys make bad dealerships look good. Take note, if you are happy with the vehicle price then fine but don’t expect any follow up on things they owe you through what they call a We Owe. You will also be forced to buy an Axiom service and Cilajet ceramic coating even if you may not want them. We were forced to buy them yet received neither. We bought a 2019 Tesla Model 3 in June 2023 outright and in the notes, the salesman confirmed the 12V battery needed to be replaced and that Service would order one. Got the call that it was time to pick up the car but when we got there, no new battery. Salesman said we could go ahead and take the car home because we had a We Owe and I felt comfortable taking it since I saw the comment in his computer. Salesman quits, so now we have a new one and after 5 calls to him with no results, I decided to drive up to the dealership and deal with it face to face. The new sales guy actually said to my face he had not heard about my issues even though we talked on the phone several times and left voice mails. When I called his xx, he quickly got me off the show floor and didn’t want to deal with the issues. He handed me off to the sales manager and we even saw in the notes in their computer the comment from the original salesman that the battery needed to be replaced. Manager needed to talk to his boss so he gave me his cell number to call for an update. Not surprisingly, his voice mail wasn’t and still is not setup so I couldn’t leave a message. After 6 calls, I’ve given up. In the end, do not trust them!!!! They owe me a 12V battery worth $400+, a front bumper cover worth $20, I never received the Axiom theft system which was $599 and they never did the Cilajet ceramic coating which was $799. They have effectively robbed me of ~$1,800. Also the address on the paperwork was wrong even though they had my driver’s license with the correct information which they did not attempt to fix. Instead they instructed me contact the DMV and redo the paperwork. Took care of the DMV part today which was a more pleasant than dealing with the dealership. Yes that’s right….I would rather stand in line at the DMV than go back to this dealership. Bottom line, look at other dealerships unless you are open to being robbed. This place makes bad dealerships look good.

Pretty quick with their process if you know what you
Pretty quick with their process if you know what you want. They make sure time isn't wasted if you want to get things rolling. Bob really made things very easy for my wife and I. We found our 2023 RX 350 on Autotrader. We called Autos of Dallas and Bob was quick to answer and help us with the details of the car we wanted. We appreciate his service and how easy he made the entire process. We're very happy in our decision! Thank you!
