I did an online search for an Audi A5 finding one I liked at Autos of Dallas. Bob, the salesman, was wonderful. He answered all my questions honestly and provided helpful information in a very timely manner. I would recommend Bob to anyone purchasing at Autos of Dallas.

There is a salesman there named Bob.

There is a salesman there named Bob. He was very helpful and extremely friendly. I would recommend him for anyone that is looking for a vehicle in the area. He had everything prepared quickly for me and was able to answer all of my questions.

I have purchased well over a dozen cars in the past 50 years. By far my best purchasing experience was at Autos of Dallas. Bob Tauber spent the time he needed with me to understand my needs and wants, and found the exact car that was right for me. Autos of Dallas offered me a great value on my trade-in and their no-haggle pricing was more than fair. There was no pressure and no add-on to the price for me when it came time to meet with their finance rep.I simply can’t say enough great things about Bob Tauber and Autos of Dallas!

We are very disappointed upon delivery of the vehicle.

We are very disappointed upon delivery of the vehicle. On Friday, when we purchased the used car, it had 20,888 miles. When it was delivered via truck to our home the next Friday, it had 21,305 miles. How does a car get 417 more miles on it 7 days AFTER it was purchased and before it was delivered. The gas tank was also empty. No one said it would be full, but this is the first car we have ever purchased where it was empty. It seems like someone emptied the tank by driving 417 miles after we purchased it.

Let me start by saying thank you so much for your business. For safety, we can't ship cars with much gas in them just in case of an accident. Next time you are in town stop by for a full tank of gas and a carwash. Thanks.

OK on the gas. But your response speaks volumes since it misses the more serious concern / complaint. There is no good reason for the extra 417 miles.

Upon arrival, it came to our attention that this dealership had very expensive automobiles. Even though we were interested in a less expensive one, we were treated as if we were purchasing their top dollar one! We were warmly greeted by the receptionist. Jason, our salesman, did an excellent job listening to what we wanted in a car and finding the perfect car for us. I can hardily recommend this dealership, Jason our salesperson, and every person we came in contact with! Should we need another car, we will look here first! Linda and Larry Wright

I purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLC on March 17, 2023 with

I purchased a 2018 Mercedes GLC on March 17, 2023 with Autos of Dallas. My salesman, Will, told me that the vehicle needed rear brakes, motor in the back windshield washer and body work (driver side fender and back bumper). I was assured by the service manager Brandon, that those things would be serviced and car ready by the end of the week (note that at this point, I haven't test drove the vehicle because it was deemed unsafe to drive). So I agreed with those things being done and with hesitation going on with the purchase w/ AOD. A total mistake that I have regretted ever since. A week passed, no call with an updated (car should've been ready March 25th). Fast forward to today April 12th, have yet to gain possession of my car that by the way is financed and paid for. One problem after another, customer service is incredibly horrible and communication is none existence unless I reach out. I have continuously called and emailed the GM Mike Bashara to no avail. Car passed an inspection and immediately after the check engine light comes on. Where does that happen at? Autos of Dallas has definitely left me speechless. Unreliable and Unprofessional. I would never buy another vehicle from them and wouldn't recommend. Still don't have an ETA on when I will receive my car. No urgency from top to bottom. If anyone knows the owner/president Sami Aqqad and can forward this message to him, it would be nice, at least that's whose listed. There is now a breakdown/breach in confidence and contract. What would be your solution?
