Bob was phenomenal to work with!

Bob was phenomenal to work with! The whole buying process was smooth and didn’t have to worry about a thing. Frankly, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had buying from a dealer. Would highly recommend!

Bob by far has been the best salesman a person could ask for. Very straight forward and helped me secure the car of my dreams. There is a reason that dealership is one of best in the country. Please if you visit Autos of dallas, ask for Bob. He will get you right!

Do not buy from here

I’m a repeat customer of this dealership but my experience since last week has been horrible I purchased a vehicle from them few month ago and I was told that I HAD to buy a key replacement warranty along with another product and I couldn’t opt out (I guess that’s how they make their money) The salesperson who sold me the car assured me that there is so much benefit to both. Last week I dropped my car at Benz to get a key and to my surprise when they called the warranty company they told them my policy exists but Autos of Dallas didn’t fill out all of the paperwork properly, so I was like fine mistakes happen, so, I first reached out last week without any response from them so I ended up driving there on Monday to speak with somebody. So Ryan from their finance team was kind and professional and told me he will take care of it right away and that he will call me within the day to update me, 4 days later and still not a word. I ended up returning the loaner to Benz and I will rather pay for the key than deal with them. Please do yourself a favor, and buy your car from a reputable dealership that’s transparent and don’t get you to buy warranties and products that aren’t worth it.

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!!

This was by far the worst car buying experience I’ve been involved with! Set an appointment only to arrive to the car being at another lot. The salesman tells my wife and I he will only get the car if we affirm we’re buying the car today? Keep in mind, we haven’t physically seen or driven the car, but the car salesman won’t bring the car unless we agree to buy! If this is how they treat customers before they buy, I can only imagine how they treat them after a purchase! Buyer be ware!

I'm from out of town, therfore I did my shopping online.

I'm from out of town, therfore I did my shopping online. I trusted them, and they sold me a car that was defective. First they took longer than expected tp receive my car because according to Christian the car was getting inspected to make sure there was nothing wrong with it. Second, once I received my car, right away the car wasn't running right. I decide to take it to the local Land Rover to get it inspected and they tell me it had been tempered with and the warranty doesn't cover it. So now I have to pay $1900.00 to get my NEW car running normal. I will never buy from them nor recommend their service. They're a bunch of rats just wanting to make a buck. On 1/2/2022 my car broke again and this time it was 25k to fix it we cldnt afford it and AOD has denied any responsibility. This has been the worst experience ever. I have a 48k carloan for a car I can't afford to fix.

Experience was exactly as advertised.

Experience was exactly as advertised. Car in great condition. Only downside was extra $1500 minimum required charge with purchase.

Untrustworthy

2020 Lexus ES350

My family and I bought a Lexus ES350 at Autos Of Dallas .My sales rep Will Haynes and another manager TJ Ricks were very extremely professional,resourceful and helpful with our dealings.They also went out of his way to ensure that we had great customer service.I will recommend Will because I am sure he will bring professionalism to ensure that his clients have successful outcomes at autos of Dallas.
