Bob was exceptionally easy to work with! He started the day by telling me he wasn’t there to sell me a car, but rather to help facilitate the purchase of the one I wanted. And he came through! After my test drive, he got all the paperwork completed during the day while I went back to work. I came back at the end of the day, and he had it detailed and ready for me sign the paperwork. It was fast and hassel-free. I will certainly look forward to working with him for my next purchase!

I worked with Anthony Small who was very precise and quick with everything. I was following another person looking at my car but lucked out. Went with my parents the next morning and was in and out in about 40 minutes with another great sales rep with a fully detailed vehicle and everything signed. Highly recommend going with them because they don't try to trick first time buyers like myself and were extremely friendly.

Will straight scam you and tell you any lie to believe, so you could buy the car, and after you have bought it and confront them with the issue, they’ll basically tell you get out of here, that’s not our problem.

My experience at Autos of Dallas was overall a great experience. Could it have been better yes. Pros Extremely friendly environment Bob was extremely direct and honest Managed my time efficiently Great explanation of dealer fees. So most dealerships you pay these fees regardless. At least here you get some for those fees from what was explained to me. You get key fob replacement plan, car tracker capabilities, and a little added lost / stolen reimbursement . Bob was great and fast with response time got my car cleaned and paint protector application applied fast. Cons Finance is slow as aways. But i have had worse. Started working with one finance personnel in the middle he just left and never came back and some guy I had no idea who he was took over. Im old school start something see it thru.

Horrible hidden fees. Over $1600 charged without knowledge. They reprogramed a factor key and only gave me one but charged me $599. Stay Away from this place...
