I called Autos of Dallas to purchase a luxury vehicle from a different state, and to be honest I was a little wary! I had never bought a vehicle in this manner, and I wasn't sure of how my experience would be. But I couldn't pass up the car, its miles and its low price. I talked to Bob Tauber and he made it so easy! He sent pictures and video, and walked me through the whole process. It was true white-glove service. My car was delivered in a week. I bought a Maserati from Autos of Dallas and my sales person was Chad. I particularly liked their no haggle policy with the prices set relatively low. Everyone in the establishment was super friendly and professional and all my needs were met. I strongly recommend this dealership not only for their customer service but also for their inventory with lots of pristine high-end cars.

SIMPLY PUT, HORRIBLE, Ran credit 7 times WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! I authorized ONE CHECK MY CREDIT ONCE!!! I offered to may cash the reply was, “we loose money that way” HUNG UP IN MY FACE.
