Bob was wonderful, patient, and willing to bring around any car I wanted to see despite the crazy heat of the summer. The finance guys were great as well in listening to what I wanted and making recommendations based upon those criteria.

Jacob Rosales in their finance department is arrogant, dismissive, and will try to scalp you on the rates. Go somewhere else to buy a car! These guys are shysters, and you have to pay an extra $1,600 for services not needed if you want to buy a car from Autos of Dallas. You can not option out of the services/GPS tracking!

Ike at Autos Of Dallas made my buying seamless and easy. Love my Cadillac CTS . The dealership is the best I have ever seen for selection and ease of getting the process done in a fast and timely manner. Very honest and professional. Highly recommend . Jon Batten

Thought I was getting a deal #1 but wasn’t!!! That $1,500...

Thought I was getting a deal #1 but wasn’t!!! That $1,500 luxury advantage fee is a rip off. The car I bought has a repainted bumper and now the paint is chipping. I texted my salesman about the problem but he hasn’t even gotten back to me ( it’s been 4-5 days). There were two small chips in the windshield as well that I had to pay $120 to have fixed. Next but certainly not atleast, I thought when you buy a new car it’s supposed to have a full tank of gas?! At the bare minimum atleast a half tank? NOPE! it has a quarter of tank so I had to fill it up. The Mercedes also didn’t have floor mats inside of it as well so once again I had to order some of my own mind you I just bought the car a week ago. THIS IS MY LAST TIME WORKING WITH AUTOS OF DALLAS! KEVIN & CRISTIAN PLZ DO BETTER NEXT TIME!!

Bob Tauter was a very personable agent but not a very...

Bob Tauter was a very personable agent but not a very transparent with the sale, we purchase a vehicle and at the time of financing we got hit with a $1500 extra charge so you can track your vehicle, they will not sell you a vehicle if you don't "purchase" that extra, so be aware is the list price + $1500 on vehicle. I gave a copy to the Plano Chamber of Commerce and the BBB legal department to take a look at the contract because the verbiage on the contract is not what Auto of Dallas is practicing, the contract reads the following: "The purchase of a Theft Recovery Product is voluntary and is required to purchase, lease, or obtain financing of a motor vehicle". But financing did tell us that they don't sell vehicles without the SynChronize Theft Recovery Warranty. P.S on our way home the TPMS light came on and I took it to BMW of Grapevine and advise that 2 tire sensors broken. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE in AUTO OF DALLAS.

Had a terrible experience buying from Autos of Dallas....

Had a terrible experience buying from Autos of Dallas. Quite simply they let me test drive the on Red, forcing me to fill up at my cost. They sold the car on red as well. The car wasn't detailed, smelled like sweat, and had hair hanging from the passenger seat. Makes no sense and happy that I've never going back there again.
