Ask for Mark
As you can see I gave this place 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from the first email I sent to signing the papers. My salesman was Mark Johnson. Not only was he extremely genuine but also a true professional. He listened to me. He made sure his boss listened to me. Mark was so welcoming and after visiting for a while, we began the paperwork process. I got the best APR that I could have gotten. They stretched my trade and went out of their way to make the deal work. I asked him for some time to think it over and he again went out of his way to make sure I felt no pressure. I left the dealership and after a few hours of considering, I asked him to get my truck ready. When I arrived to complete the paperwork, it was completely done. All I had to do was sign. I will be buying my future cars from Mark. This is a different dealership. All of the salesmen speak to you. The service techs that came in and out were also so welcoming. I strongly recommend that you give Mark a call for your next vehicle. Thank you, Mark!

Bad car
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! First of all we bought a car sight unseen, and had it shipped.... PROBLEM 1- I asked for videos and a lot of pictures of the car. They sent the pictures. But I also asked if the car had any flaws? they said no........ once I received the car there were clearly flaws, a huge scratch near rim, which had a bad paint touchup job. Dings in the doors, and many other very Cleary visible scratches throughout the entire car. When driving the car the door sounds open... I am wondering if the car has been in an accident(that wasn't reported by dealership).also the leather seats are badly cracking! PROBLEM 2- right when we got car the backup cameras did not WORK!!!WHATTT! we took to dealer and they said that autos of Dallas rewired my car wrong, and messed it all up! So now the engine light is ALWAYS ON! how convenient.... we ended up paying 600 dollars to fix back up camera ! PROBLEM 3- SOOO... free shipping sounds good .... but not if you never get your car... We were told once we bought car on Friday , that it would be shipped out Monday...... that turned into almost 3 more weeks of waiting....Every time I asked if it was being shipped, The guy would say"no it is getting new tires" WHICH WERE NOT NEW!and "no we are cleaning it and getting it perfect for you" .......When I got my car I found tons of Cheetos, cheese its, and two plastic forks!!!!DISGUSTING! I had to clean my entire car, it was filthy! So they were just lying to me about cleaning it! HORRIBLE dealership, never again will I buy from them.

We purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan from Autos of Dallas....
We purchased a 2018 Porsche Macan from Autos of Dallas. We found there they presented Luxury cars very well with comprehensive selection they presented so well we drove from Austin to view and purchase. We wanted this particular Macan because it had Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM) so we thought. When we arrived and test drove the Macan we noticed the BSM was not working. The salesman Pascal was helpful in making sure we found all the right buttons and figuring out that it was not working. He assured us that Porsche would fix, as the car is still under original warranty. We took the car to Porsche and they agreed to this statement as long as the Vehicle was not altered and so on. Unfortunately for us the vehicle we chose has been wrecked and repair without being disclosed. The wrecked bumper had been reinstalled incorrectly and repainted with a different manufacturer’s paint. Unfortunately they painted over the sensors and they will never be functional. So really we do not know how bad the damage is!! I called Autos of Dallas and asked for a manager they sent me to David he laughed when I explained the trouble I am having and the damage that had been done. This is my honest experiences with Autos of Dallas

BUYER BEWARE
Autos of Dallas is run by complete crooks out to take advantage of people . You will find every negative thing you have heard about a car salesman at this place . We purchased a 2019 Land Rover that was advertised as being a one owner vehicle with no body work or paint work. That was not at all what we got. Thankfully we took it into a Land Rover dealer that was honest. They quickly discovered the car had body work to the left side of the vehicle and paint on the entire side and rear . Dean the salesman at Autos of Dallas told us that the white stuff smeared on the car was wax they had just applied -that was a lie. It was actually paint . We immediately went to Autos of Dallas to discuss what happened with the manager. I spoke with TL RICKS who is a complete fraud. He was extremely aggressive and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. He was harassing me. He was raising his voice and very irate when I told them I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I demanded to speak with his boss and at that point the general manager David Mullins spoke with me I showed him the car and he IMMEDIATELY admitted that the car had been painted again. They refused to buy back the botched vehicle(ofcourse) but offered to sell another car to me.?? Wow. I can’t believe this place is still in business . Don’t waste your money they are certainly dishonest and will take advantage of you and misrepresent the condition of the vehicles there .

My experience with Will Schmidt was a toxic mix of fraudulent misrepresentation and negligence/incompetence. 1. Over text we were told a price and time frame. We flew into Dallas. Will Schmidt completely changed the price and timeframe. After showing Will the texts and 30 minutes of arguing, he said he had a “voucher”, walked out and “said” he changed the price. 2. Will Schmidt lied, he did not change the price and tried to get us to sign the documents as he hovered over us trying to tell us what the documents said. The documents had a different price from the one we agreed on. 3. Will Schmidt was negligent/incompetent. About to leave Will said he will change the price and timeframe to what we agreed on before. He didn’t. Then Will gave documents with someone else’s SSN and person information on it. In the medical profession, in many professions, you can lose your license for this. If I am the victim of identity theft I know who to seek criminal and civil action against. He seemed to just have everyone’s paperwork mixed up. 4. Will Schmidt lied again. He stated the warranty started from the end of the existing coverage. Again Will obnoxiously talks to you while you are reading the actual documents which say the warranty period is from when the document is signed. 5. Will Schmidt lied again. He said the warranty covered everything about five times. Then when you finally ask him specifics over and over he confesses it doesn’t cover the things you ask him about. 6. I have not yet decided to take legal action or contacted any licensing board as I have not so far suffered material damage. But stay away from him. Perhaps the rest of the department is decent, but as they say, one bad apple spoils the barrel. I would have left a decent review for Abraham but Will Schmidt’s lie on top of lie on top of lie, mixed in with incompetence, overshadowed anything I have to say that is positive about Autos of Dallas. My step father got a car here a while ago. Neither of us will shop here again. It has seemed to have gone downhill. I believe the other negative reviews about slimy finance relate to Will Schmidt.
