Buyers Beware!

Buyers Beware! I learned the hard way. I purchased what was presented as a 2024 brand new Lexus 300h. The price was lower than purchasing at a Lexus dealership (not by much after they add on their ridiculous $2000 fee which buys you nothing. They told me they bought the car from a Lexus dealer who had too much stock. They add on a $2000 fee which is supposed to cover body work for 2 years for small dings and oil changes. They don't tell you Lexus dealers give you free oil changes when car is new. When I had dings and small scratches to fix they said it was not covered because they had taken $500 off. The paint on the car had issues. When I took it to a body shop, the guy at body shop told me at least one side of the car had been painted and it was a lousy paint job. Got the same feedback when I went to trade car in. I went to Autos of Dallas to complain and see what they would do. I went twice, waited for hours. They said they did not have any record of it. They said they would investigate and call me. Needless to say, I never got a call. It made me hate the car as the paint was so bad. I usually keep my cars for many years. Worst car purchase ever! I believe the car had been scratched in transport or at the Lexus dealer, Autos of Dallas bought it at auction and did a very lousy paint job, then presented it as a brand new car, and then would not stand by and fix the paint issues. LIARS! I paid nearly $50k for the car. Worst car experience I have had. I ended up trading car in after less than a year. I would advise to go next door to AutoMerchants. They are more honest about a cars history and do not add worthless fees. They help if you have issues.

They are super easy to work with and are very friendly.

They are super easy to work with and are very friendly. They make picking the car a fun experience and are welcoming to answer any questions you have. They are good at breaking everything into smalls details and making sure u know everything about ur car before u leave. Plus let us test drive the car. Very good experience!

SCAM Dealership.

SCAM Dealership. Whatever price is advertised. Tack on an additional $2000+ for a 'mandatory' protection coating and other useless junk. Wasted over an hour looking at a car only to learn this at the last minute. Will never go near this criminal operation again!

The sales person told us that he would fix little things

The sales person told us that he would fix little things in the car if we bought the car, and that we will get a loner while fixing those little things. As any other seller, they just want to sell you a car, once they sell you the car, they forget about their promises…. They kept the car for a whole week and we never saw or heard anything from them, They never loaned us a car even though we needed one to go to work and they never showed interest in helping. They had very bad organization in their service department to the point of not knowing the status of our new car or his whereabouts. They failed at customer service. Not a good dealer for anyone to buy a new or used car because they are not trustworthy. It’s been two weeks, we haven’t heard anything about the services they promised they will provide. In our case, the car started to have a very strong noise coming out of the brakes, once we got home. My husband had to change the brake pads and rotors were worn out too. If you have the opportunity to buy a car, go to another dealer. Don’t buy a car from Autos of Dallas. Get a certified used car in another dealer.

These scammed had the audacity to book an appointment to

These scammed had the audacity to book an appointment to view a car, then had a donut on it when I arrived. Wanted e to finance through them only, refused to accept outside financing because they are scammers and said they can show me how to get 90 days without a payment by financing through them, then going to refinance at my own bank. THIS DEALERSHIP AND SALESMEN ARE FRAUDS and SCAMMERS RUN!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH PRICES TOO!

Would not recommend!

Would not recommend! They will not even show you a vehicle without your information and ID. Salesman was too worried about his skateboard to care. Both the Salesman and Used Car sales manager both were rude and unprofessional. Drove 3 hours to buy a vehicle (which I had 4 to look at) Guess they don't know what customer service is or want to sell a vehicle! Salesman stated cant view a vehicle without your contact info and license. I said no let me talk to your manager. I told the sales manager I wanted to speak to him about the way his sales people are treating customers and he didnt seem to care. I told him the salesman demanded my contact info and license before he would ever show me Jeep. He stated that's our policy we don't know who you are you could be sketch. So that's our policy brother. All dealer ships around here do that. I have NEVER had a dealer ask for my info especially my license just to see a vehicle.. Test drive yes I can understand that.. I said you lost a sale your policy ridiculous and walked out. He did care at all. Next dealer didn't ask for any info nor an ID. The final dealer (that I purchased a Jeep from) only needed my ID to test drive. I would give a hard pass to this dealer even if they were giving away a Lambo. Save your time and hassle!

Bait n switch, drove all way there only to find our they hiked the price by $4000 ! Dishonest dealer, did not make business with them.
