It is always a nervous time when you consider a new car. Tom was not only able to make me comfortable, he was able to identify the perfect car for me, explain all the special features of this 2021 Lexus, and do a test drive. I started communicating with Shaun who is over internet sales. He was fast and efficient from beginning to end. He beat out 2 other dealerships that were closer to where I live than he was. I drove 7 1/2 hrs to finish my deal. Shaun had the day off but had Bob and Jay there ready to help me finish my deal as detailed and efficient as Shaun had been so I could get back on the road and get home! Great Team, Great Service!
