Great Experience

I knew I wanted to buy my car from Lexus of Melbourn because it is an amazing dealership. I've worked with Mike R. for 13 years and he has always been courteous and very helpful. Rob L. worked with my husband and I to get the exact car we wanted at a good price.

Great customer service

Bob and Juan were so patient with all our questions and concerns. Great people to work with. 10 out of 10 my only regret is we love so far away but will definitely make the 150 mile trip if we can work it out!

Excellent!

I worked with Tom Hakimi and Alex at Lexus of Melbourne and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very patient with me, answered all my questions. This is the 2nd time I have bought a car at this dealership and I suspect the next one will be bought there also! Thank you Tom & Alex!

Awesome Service!

Mike always makes getting my car in for the oil changes seamless! He arranges for someone to pick up my car and then bring it back all while providing me with a courtesy vehicle. You can't make life any easier than that!! Thanks for taking such good care of me; it is truly appreciated.

Michael Green - Best Car Buying Experience Ever

In the many years that I have been buying new cars, my experience with Michael Green was by far the easiest and least stressful I have even encountered. I was very specific about my needs and wants when we first talked on the phone and when I arrived there, Michael was totally prepared. His calm manner and knowledge made the entire sale go smoothly. The car I wanted was found within hours and I picked it up two days later. It was detailed beautifully and I was pleasantly surprised to see a big bow on it! Michael sat in the car with me for a very long time explaining all of the electronics in detail. He followed through with phone calls to make sure I was pleased and needed any further assistance. I had a couple of questions and because I live in Vero Beach, he made videos and walked me though the answers. If you want a pleasant car buying experience when buying your next Lexus, ask for Michael.

Amazing experience

I dislike buying cars for a couple of reasons mainly for the lack of concern from the salesperson only focused on their commissions. It feels like a cheap bad date, I just want it to be over as quickly as possible. But a dear friend of mine highly recommended LOM and their top guy Michael Green (Salesperson) Almost, immediately I felt that this was going to be a different experience. He came off very sincere and honest about helping me pair up with the right vehicle. Nowadays, there are some many dealer packages to choose from it can get complex, but Michael knew his stuff and guided me to the perfect match at a fair price. So I’m proud to write this review today.
