Service was good & quick. Personnel were courteous. Waiting room was convenient. Waiting area was comfortable. Furnishings were modern, clean, and well arranged. Reading material was current.

Tom Hakami is the best!

Tom is amazing!

This is the second car I have bought from Tom. He is always there for me. He listens and is patient with me. He went through everything on the car since it had so many upgrades on it. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. And he got me a fair deal. Tom is the man!

Exceptional!

My Lexus is a 2006 and this dealership treats me like I have a newer car. Service is always on spot. Never pressure about anything, but always recommends anything I'm due to have done for a better driving experience. Ruben, a service specialists, is always super courteous. Outstanding service

Jaime Coates provided outstanding periodic service on my 2007 RX350. Toward the end of the service a maintenance technician discovered a faulty right front drive boot. The part was ordered. A loaner RX350 was provided. My car was repaired the same day. Jaime was professional and responsive during my service appointment. She reflects upon herself and the dealership. Wilbur Sappington
