Leslie and I scheduled a day to visit several dealerships and test drive our (her) next car. As a former Cadillac owner we visited Cadillac, Lincoln and Lexus. Hands down our experience at Lexus of Melbourne, salesman Bob McGivney and staff we met sold us on the dealership. The ownership care experience is top notch. This dealership walks the talk. Then we drove the RX350 and that was it. Our search was over. Comfortable, quality and appearance all wrapped into one package. Great experience buying a new ES300h
Mandy did a great job explaining the features of the vehicle and our choices from what was available in stock. When we didn't want to buy at the first visit she was respectful and professional. Closing the deal over the phone and at the second visit was also handled professionally and expeditiously. I would highly recommed this dealer.

We met John outside and asked about any used cars available. Particularly a Lexus SUV. We recently purchased a used one in New Jersey and were very happy about the overall performance of the car. We own Honda CRV in New Jersey, so this was our second car there. John showed us a 2010 350 and we took it for a ride. We had a Jeep Cherokee to trade in and John created a great price! Superior Sevvice
This dealership is warm and welcoming without being pushy. Rob Lamarr and Nicole were very knowledgeable and professional. Rob answered all our questions and was very patient. He an excellent overview of all the features of our NX300. He is just really great to work with.
