Always helpful and very professional
This visit was to reprogram the navigation software so that in an emergency the GPS would transmit the correct location of the vehicle. Called to make an appointment to have the service performed, and were advised to reserve a loaner, which we did. Everything went smoothly. When we returned to pick up our car, Mr.Lohne took care of establishing connection of our new cell phones, and deleting the old ones, with the car’s computer system.
