Service work was done on schedule and complete on time. Dealership provided a loaner car which of course is very helpful when the car is being keep overnight.

From the time we decided to visit the dealership on a spur of the moment our first meeting with John Cuestas was very friendly and informative. By the time we left we had made our decision to purchase the vehicle that John had done such an excellent job of showing us, but wanted to wait a week before we announced our decision. When we informed John we would purchase the vehicle it had to be ordered and he kept us informed of when it would be delivered. When we came to pick it up John was able to take our car a 2017 Audi SQ5 and turn in it in for us as the lease was expiring. We left with our new Lexus and have to say it was a great experience dealing with John and Lexus of Melbourne.

We came to your dealership, even tho we knew ahead of time that you had no UX 250 Hybrid on hand, because we wanted to keep our business local! We had already driven one @ another dealership! We had been to 2 dealerships with the Hybrid on site but Mandy was the 1st one who knew more than I did about the car, even tho she had never seen one! I try to do my homework before going out to buy a car, but she was able to tell me things I didn’t know. She knew the car inside & out. Very easy to talk to, and no pressure. We were going to check out one more dealership, but because of Mandy we decided our shopping was over! Also, Lexus of Melbourne was the 1st dealership that had the options pamphlet!

Michael was very helpful with the entire process. He was patients and explained thing I wasn’t sure of. Had a great experience with Nicole. She explained in detail all the options I could get with the cars and was helpful in choosing them.

Jamie Coates is the most outstanding service rep that I have ever dealt with. She makes all her customers feel at ease and thoroughly explains what is going to happen. You never have to worry that your vehicle is being properly serviced. She makes dealing with this dealership a smooth and successful experience. She is the best!
