We stopped in Lexus after looking at several other dealerships in the area for a new SUV. We were met by Tom Hakimi and we explained what we were looking for. He showed us the RX350 and gave us some brochures and we chatted for a while and went home. After we got home we thought about what we had seen during the day and the Lexus RX350 met our needs but the question was the 5 or 7 passenger. I called Tom back and asked if we could see both cars (350 and 350L) side by side and that I would be bringing a set of golf clubs and 2 suitcases to see how they fit. The next day comes and Tom met us again and we did a show n tell as well as test drive the car home(350L) to see if my 90 year old mom could easily get in the car.. It was a win!!! Tom is a no pressure type of salesman and we would highly recommend the dealership and Tom as a salesman. The delivery day was awesome and We look forward to being part of the Lexus family.
