Ruben provided exelent assistance during my last service. The estimate was very accurate. He also provided recomendation for future upcomming services. Servicing car with Ruben is always a no stress/no pressure experience.

On my last service appointment Elisa Falcon went the extra mile by inspecting my car personally. When she noticed that they had missed some spots on my car from the wash. I am so thankful that there are still people like Elisa Falcon to watch my back. I can not say enough great things about Elisa Falcon only with her caring attitude she should be running the service department because she gives a new meaning to the words Great Customer Service. Elisa Falcon is the only reason I drive out of my way to have both my wife's and my cars serviced at Lexus of Melbourne. Thank you, Rick and Helda.

I took my wife's car in for service and was impressed with the service and professionalism of Steven Lasker. Interestingly we had a battery replaced by AAA recently and the service department noticed they had put in the wrong voltage. Can't thank you enough for your attention to details!

The service department is great. I have been servicing my vehicle at Lexus of Melbourne for the last 5 years. Work is done on time and they don’t try to up-sale you maintenance work.

Steven made it very easy and accommodating! Staff in the service department very friendly and professional. Steven even provided me with a ride to and from avenues so I wouldn’t have to sit in the lobby and wait.

Waited for my car to be serviced and had a wonderful time. Elisa is very kind and always so happy. The lounge is kid and pet friendly so we made ourselves comfortable :)

I have owned my Lexus for 3 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. It's always a stress-free experience when getting service done from the very comfortable lounge to the ease at getting a ride to and from home while I wait. In addition, I enjoy the free car washes and how quickly staff performs them.

Air Conditioner failed. Steve was able to get me in, tech's analyzed the problem, parts were ordered and service was completed in a very timely manner. The courtesy car was excellant. Appreciate the outstanding service I received.

I worked with Rob, Juan and Sean and they again made my Lexus lease process a wonderful experience! Not only did they ensure I had an enjoyable time throughout the entire process, each of them was so very patient as I made the informed decision on whether to lease (this time around) a IS300, RX 350, RC 350 F sport or NX 300 F sport...trust me when I say I test drove each repeatedly and requested numbers ran on several different styles. Rob, Sean and Juan went over and beyond and I’m so very grateful! Great guys and wonderful to work with on a vehicle lease or purchase!
