Service started on appointed time, was completed quickly. Car was cleaned beautifully. Service reps were pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Customer waiting room is absolutely great.

She went way above to ensure that financing and tag registration went smoothly. She was, like Bob, a most valued employee. Last Sunday and then again the next day, Bob met us and answered all our questions, even after normal business hours had long passed, The owners of Lexus of Melbourne should know that they don't come any better than Bob and Nicole I consider Bob a personal friend now.
