great service

Service started on appointed time, was completed quickly. Car was cleaned beautifully. Service reps were pleasant and a pleasure to work with. Customer waiting room is absolutely great.

Awesome service always

Since my arrival in Melbourne in 2013, Lexus of Melbourne has maintained my 2010 LS460L awesomely !! The Service department is top-notch and RUBEN BUSTOS always ensures timely results !!

We had made an appointment with our Salesman , Mr. Michael Greene On June 15, 2019; My husband and I walked into Lexus of Melbourne to discuss a possible near future trading of our 2017 ES, even though Lisa has keep it in top running condition. Thank you Lisa! Mr. Greene took extensive time with us. He listened and went beyond and above to acknowledge our needs and concerns. Shawn came over to help us better understand by sharing his expertise. In addition to these wonderful personalities I had the pleasure to receive a personal e-mail from the owner and the opportunity to speak to the customer relations of Lexus Of Melbourne! The best I have ever had

My salesman, Bob McGivney, was the most knowledgeable, gracious. and best car person that I have ever met. Nicole Devos was another joy to meet with. She went way above to ensure that financing and tag registration went smoothly. She was, like Bob, a most valued employee. Last Sunday and then again the next day, Bob met us and answered all our questions, even after normal business hours had long passed, The owners of Lexus of Melbourne should know that they don't come any better than Bob and Nicole I consider Bob a personal friend now. I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a vehicle. I would hope that any of his employers see this review and compensate these unique and valuable employees. They deserve it. LOVE this dealership and the service!

Can't go anywhere else. We've been spoiled. The experience of dropping your car off or waiting for it is easy and relaxing. We like to service our car and walk to The Avenue also.

People make the difference

Chris was wonderful to work with. He went over and above offering info, guidance and help in finding the right car. And we’re delighted with him and the end product! Nicole and Sean and the other associates were friendly and ready with a smile ! Bottom line...excellent experience.
