Engine light came on SC430 and of course this is always concerning. I called Rubin to see when I could bring it in and it was the same boring. He had the issue analyzed fixed within a couple of hours. Great Job!

My Lexus IS 250C is great but developed an annoying rattle in the rear passenger area. Elisa arranged service convenient to my schedule and Scott took the time to listen to the specific complaint, talked me through the process, and came up with a solution. It is great to have a reliable and efficient service department when you need one.

Lexus, Melbourne is an excellent place to have your Lexus serviced. Mike Retz been my service manager since 2004 and has always been there for me when I needed help. The service is professional and consistent and the waiting area is set up to make your time go by faster. I would highly recommend Lexus of Melbourne. My only negative feedback is that I wish they had not stopped the pick up and delivery service that I had been using since 2004.
