I have been a Lexus of Melbourne customer for many years. The main reason I chose Lexus of Melbourne over other dealerships in Florida is because of the special treatment I receive when maintenance is required. Lexus of Melbourne comes to my home, picks up my vehicle and transports it to the dealership. I am always provided with a loaner vehicle. My car is serviced and returned to my home. Mike Retz, my Service Adviser is always completely professional and does not recommend services I don't need. The 2 Lexus vehicles I have purchased from Melbourne have given stellar performance. The performance of the Lexus coupled with the special treatment I receive from the dealership as well as Mike Retz are the reasons I will continue to be a Lexus of Melbourne customer.

We had 35000 mile service and it was determined that we needed new tires. Eliza was very patient while my husband and I discussed cost at doing this at the time. We decided to go ahead and we were provided a courtesy car. Wonderful customer service and very happy with the expertise of the service department. Phenomenal!!!

Went in for 15k mile service. Service department also performed software upgrade for ECU sensor and refilled tires with nitrogen after I had to have one plugged the day before at a different service center.
