Magical Experience

Outstanding Service

I made an appointment because there was a air bag recall on my SC 430 convertible. Steven got me in quickly and my vehicle was finished before they had promised. I highly recommend Steven and this dealership.

Top Notch Dealership and Staff

I leased my RC350 for the first three years and could not be happier with my car and the entire staff at Lexus of Melbourne. Before deciding what I wanted to do upon my lease end, Michael Green and Virginia Poole were both so wonderful to show me other cars to help make my decision. I was really tempted to switch to that FABULOUS new LC500. Wow, what a piece of work that car is. Never had a car excite me like that one and then I decided to be reasonable and kind to the car. An LC500 doesn’t want to be driven by a little grey headed woman like me that NEVER exceeds the speed limit and comes to a COMPLETE stop at every stop sign. So in the end, I decided to purchase my RC350 and leave that LC500 for the more adventursom driver! Oh if I were only younger that car would have been mine. Shaun Bozorg handled my lease buyout transaction and truly could not have been any nicer to work with. He did everything he could to make this transaction as easy as possible and definitely went the extra mile for me. I highly recommend Shaun and the entire staff at Lexus of Melbourne. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Easy in and easy out servicing

This dealership is extremely convenient for me. I was able to schedule my appointment for the next day at a convenient time. Service Rep, Steven is very friendly and helpful. Seems like things just flow smoothly.

Address a recall

I scheduled an appointment online with ease and received text, email, and telephone confirmation. When I arrived, I was promptly helped. I had to get Takata airbags replaced and waited for the replacement in the waiting area. The chairs were super comfy. There was a large complimentary refreshment area, massage chairs, and cell charging stations but I didn’t make use of them. My repair took about 2.5 hours and I used the Guest internet to work while I waited. When they finished, I was returned my vehicle after it had been washed, vacuumed, and topped off with gas. Excellent experience!

Virginia Poole Put The Fun Back Into Buying A New Car

From the moment I met Ms. Poole I knew that she cared about her job, knew her product, and was willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. Prior to our appointment Virginia and I discussed what I was looking for in a new car, and when I arrived she was the professional that I thought she was--she was ready to show me cars that truly met my expectations. I did not have to flounder around the parking lot of the dealership--all I had to do was follow her lead and choose the one I liked the most. She accurately described all the changes, advantages and what makes the 2019 ES 350 so spectacular. Ms. Poole put a lot of effort in making the final purchase/negotiation process a pleasant, happy experience--that offered one the sense that owning a Lexus is being part of the Lexus dealership family. Her integrity, professionalism and attention to detail are responsible for making this sale happen..
