Lexus of Melbourne

I brought my car in for a tuneup, and mentioned I had an appt and needed to be finished in an hour and a half. Steve was cordial and said he'd make sure it was completed on time. I was pleasantly surprised my car was finished 15 minutes early. Very seamless experience!

Tom was perfection. Never pushy, never said the famous "what can I do to get you out of here in this car today". He listened, rewrote the contract for a lease after going through the motions to purchase. He was interested and interesting and brought the car to me in Vero as well. My husband and I had a very pleasant experience. We will go back for our next car as well. Job well done, Tom Hakimi!!!!

This by far was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Virgina took great care of me right from the start. I was looking for a used Tahoe that they had on their lot and I was able to take it home over night and really see how I liked it. The buying process was fast and easy and they even let me swap out my rims from my trade in and put them on my new car. I plan on buying my next car from them as well.

This is my first Lexus and my first hybrid. I do not live in the Melbourne area and drove over 400 miles to purchase the vehicle. Keith Croft made sure it was ready for me and stayed late to attend to the details of the purchase. He was very helpful in explaining some of the key features of the hybrid and making me feel at ease behind the wheel. There were some paperwork issues and Nicole DeVos went over and above to get them fixed. I just wished I lived near the dealership so I could take advantage of the benefits of dealing with Lexus of Melbourne.
