John is Phenomenal

My service advisor John Lohne is professional, reliable and quick to respond to my calls/emails. He was the first SA I can remember who walked me to my car when I picked it up after a service. John is succinct and accurate when communicating, which is one of the main reasons I return to Lexus of Melbourne to have my car serviced

Sevice with integrity

I purchased my Lexus from this dealership in 2015, and I have always used them for service. I trust that when I leave, my car will perform as I expect. Elisa Falcon met me as I arrived, always gracious with a smile on her face. Elisa is professional, and always thanks me as I leave.

Amazing customer experience.

Mr Tom Hakimi and Mr Robert Lamar were amazing with the whole sales process. They made it easy and pleasurable from beginning to end. Awesome service!

Great service, great dealership! I am on my 4th Lexus (owning each one consecutively) My last Lexus was a 2006 GS 300 and it was still running when I sold it and it had over 239K miles! I hated to give it up! But there is nothing like a new Lexus!

Totally Impressed by Lexus of Melbourne Professionalism

After researching my next car for the past 2+ months, I decided that the Lexus NX300 Hybrid would be the ideal choice. I was quickly turned off by the lack of follow-up, and lack of concern demonstrated by the management team at Lexus of Winter Park, to locate the specific NX300 Hybrid that I wanted. The Matador Red exterior with Creme interior was a rarity, so I decided to contact other Lexus dealerships in Central Florida. As luck would have it, this exact NX300 Hybrid color combination and desired options that I wanted was sitting on the lot of the Lexus of Melbourne. It was the only NX300 Hybrid they had on their lot. I made an inquiry to Keith Croft (Lexus Master Certified Technology Specialist) at Lexus of Melbourne and I was so impressed by his professionalism, I inked the deal from 70 miles away. When I arrived to pick up my new car on 2/11/2019, I was great like a VIP customer and was in and out with my new car in about two hours. In addition, Keith has logged me into the Lexus Enform Website that would begin tracking everything on my vehicle for me. In addition, he went over every technical detail of the vehicle to make sure that everything was set to my specific liking. Keith also made sure that I was introduced to all the key personnel at Lexus of Melbourne that I would be interfacing with in the future for servicing. I have purchased many cars over the past 40+ years, and by far, this was the best dealership experience that I ever had. Keith was the "keystone" of the management architecture at Lexus of Melbourne that secured my business. It is an experience like this that will keep me coming back to Lexus of Melbourne, despite living 70 miles away. Thank you Keith for your professionalism and treating me like a VIP. Much appreciated! The fourth car we bought there but actually the best.

We have always bought Lexus vehicles beginning in the late 90s. Great product but this time, because of so many different options we did a little bit more of a market survey in order to gage the quality and workmanship in other SUV crossovers. Lexus won out and Shaun was great, patient and understanding and quite knowledgeable about the Lexus product. We are extremely excited and pleased with the car and would recommend to at least take a look if you’re are seeking quality and a great investment..

Excellent Service

I arrived for my appointment time and was seen right away. Rlisa knew who I was without my having to tell her! She was warm and welcoming. I enjoyed the refreshments while I was waiting and also being able to walk around the lake that was close by. Every time I bring my car in I get a car wash which is great.
