I'm never disappointed with Lexus of Melbourne! Rob Lamarr is my "Go-To Guy" for everything I need there. My new SUV (that I drove home yesterday) is a dream. Service has always been great and I enjoy the VERY comfortable waiting room -- a "vacay" -- with newspapers, magazines, TV and SNACKs! Even my puppy is welcomed there. I used to buy, but my financial guy convinced me to lease several years ago -- I'll NEVER drive anything else and I'll never go to any other dealer, ever!
