My truck was towed to the dealership after hours and in less than 12 hours the problem was diagnosed. I usually do all my own vehicle repairs and oil changes for peace of mind knowing that it would be done right. My 2024 F250 6.7 diesel needed the oil changed. I was short on time so I had it done at the dealership. Service was fast and the cost was about the same as doing it myself. Will definitely be having the dealership do my oil changes.

I cannot answer this survey since it does not deal with mobile service. The one thing that should be included is the mobile service tech. In this case it was Brian and he is a top notch person. He did a great job, very quickly and with a great personality and very willing to discuss the particular need for service on my Explorer. Brian is one of those technicians that Sioux Falls Ford should be extremely happy to have as their employee. I would specifically ask for him the next time that I need mobile service. And due to medical situations, it would probably be sooner, rather than later. Thanks Brian. you are an asset to Ford and Sioux Falls Ford in particular.

Mike was very friendly and informative regarding the work to be done on my vehicle. He showed me pictures of what was wrong with the fan in my vehicle. The work was done promptly and I was notified when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was told the car would be washed and detailed before I picked it up but it was not washed and detailed.

They completed the work in a Satisfactory amount of time and The shuttle people were prompt and very friendly.
