wow have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car. they worked to get us a car in the payment range and time frame that we needed without trying to go over. Pleasant,polite and hassle free. The day after buying the car my husband hit a pot hole and had a flat tire one of Harbros employees saw the car on the side of the road they called my husbands, they came to him helped put on the spare, had him go back to the dealer checked out the tire replaced it with a new one offered him lunch while he waited all at no charge. Thats above and beyond!

Whenever I need an oil change or service to my van Eddie will take me when I call. Dan and Eddie call me the same day when servce is being done on my car to let me know what the issue is. I always get my van back within 1 -2 days. They are the best team to work with in Webster. We were so impressed with them that a week later we brought our other vehicle down for a complete detailing and it came out amazing! If you want 5 star service, Harbro is the place to go!!

On the recommendation of a friend, my wife and I went to the dealership just to kick tires. We spoke to Mike, told him what our budget was and what we were looking for. He worked on it for a couple of days, and with his hard work we ended up with two vehicles Instead of only one ,and remained in our budget. Made the "used car" experience a pleasurable one.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we were in a situation to buy a car emergently. We arrived at Harbro on Monday, feeling for sure we would get "ripped off", due to the necessity of our purchase. I drove the car home Friday. We were greeted by a warm and friendly Mark, who did not pry, but understood the urgency of our purchase. We test drove about 5 cars. We liked the feel of the Kia, but hated the color. Mark said he was getting a white one in a few days. We left. No pressure felt. Mark called that evening - had the white one. We went in the morning, drove it, and then I explained why this was a necessity. I started to cry. Jeremy and Mark were like my brothers. Having just met them, I felt like I was being brought into a family. The buying experience was painless. Heather dealt with all the paperwork and insurance, etc., and signing the papers was painless with her. Mike went over every aspect of the car, and made sure I realized if there was ANYTHING we needed, to just go on back. Harbro has restored my faith in the car salesman. I feel like we are now a part of this wonderful, caring family. We have bought into a relationship. They care about us, and our car. I will scream their name from the rooftops, because I am so happy that this was not another added pressure on us. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart.
