I brought my car in for an oil change as I usually do when the trip meter rolls around to that point. I made my appointment and the next day I brought my car in. I waited in the waiting room while the work was done. In no time I was told that my car was ready and had a chance to inquire about some upcoming regular maintenance. I am very pleased with the service at Harbro.

i went to buy a car from harbro and didnt know what to expect, it was my first car that i would buy from a dealer, and harbro made it a very enjoyable process! every employee i talked to was friendly and cared about getting me inton the right car as soon as possible. they took care of me very well and i will deffinetly go to harbro for everything i need and i will send people in their way!

As I was preparing for a trip overseas and had 2 cars, which I would have to insure and put in protected storage, I decided to sell one. Both my cars were my babies but one was a little less of my baby admittedly so I decided to sell it. Because of the low price and newer year ('12) a lot of people contacted me about it. Tim was one of the many. From the very first phone call he was very good about everything! He listened to me which I was very appreciative of. Half the dealers who contacted me were interested in trade-ins which wouldn't work as I'd be right back in the same boat! We back and forth-ed a lot and settled on a price. About a day after we settled one of the original test drivers came back with an offer of 500 more. While this was appealing given the low price I knew I was going to have to sell the car for compared to what I paid for it I decided based on the experience with dealing with them to hand the car over to them rather than the higher offer which says something about their friendliness! No matter what I was going to lose money and they were nice and a sure thing so it worked for me! I would definitely suggest this dealer to anyone looking for a car. At no time did they ever make me feel pressured to sell them my car. I felt as though at any point I could back out of it if I so chose which is really important to me given the hassle of buying said car in the first place. I will definitely keep them in mind for later!

First time ever buying a car and it was a great experience they helped me alot and whenever I have a questions they answer them and gets back to me right away! Very pleased!!!

From the start I had a good expierence. One thing I don't like about car buying is pushy salesmen that "stretch" the truth to make you "happy". The staff was not pushy and gave me the information up front to there knowledge.

This was my second visit to the Webster service garage for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2008 Toyota Highlander and I was not disappointed. Harbros' service garage is run like a garage should be run - with an old-fashioned honest and sincere desire to do things right the first time. The service advisor remembered me from my first visit and knew that I wanted things done a certain way, and he made sure the mechanics knew. And then the mechanic took the time to talk with me personally to confirm how I wanted my tires rotated (front to rear or criss-cross). And then, unlike modern stealerships, they take the time to properly "hand torque" the lug nuts instead of throwing tires back on the car with an air-powered impact wrench that invariably over-tightens lug nuts (don't believe what they tell you about "torque-sticks". Ever have a flat tire and you couldn't get the lug nuts loose?). I tried three different Toyota dealerships before I found Harbro in Webster. The dealerships all promise premium service, but all three failed one way or another. How do I know? I made my living servicing cars years ago and worked my way up from mechanic to shop foreman to service writer to service manager. Want a good mechanic? Check out Harbro in Webster.

I have given David Malo and the Harbro sales this rating because they were first of all very friendly to both me and my father. Being only 19 most sales men would look at you and write you off right away. However, David gave us a chance and fought to get my bank loan. Great dealership and great car salesman. I would recommend Harbro to anyone who asks.

The entire staff was very friendly, extremely helpful, honest and professional. They asked me what I was looking for and steered me in one direction and were not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Harbro to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I love Harbro! I bought my car here over 5 years ago and get it serviced here. They are so accommodating; anytime I have a problem, they are able to fit me in and get my car back in a very timely matter. A great place to buy a car and to get one serviced! All employees are so friendly and helpful :)

This is my third vehicle I purchased from Harbro I have always delt with Mike Hare . The reason I am writing this review is because this dealer ship has friendly , honest , and the most helpful people I have ever delt with.
