This was the first time i went to Harbro, I was greeted by Jeremy,and felt very welcomed. I was in the market to replace my Dodge Ram that was on its last leg, I noticed they had a 2002 Jeep Wrangler in impecable shape on the lot, took it out for a test drive and absolutey fell in love with it. Jeremy and the rest of the staff at Harbro were able to get the best deal possible that fell with in my budget. From the time I walked in the door till the time we sat down and drew up the papers for the purchase, I felt no pressure at all, which i found a bit odd, i have bought several cars over the years and this was by far the best expierence over all i have ever had. I will most definitely return here for my next vehicle purchase

I found all members of the staff I dealt with were friendly and professional. There was an excellent selection of vehicles available to browse at your own pace and never any form of sales pressure. Shopping at the Harbro dealership in Whitinsville was an enjoyable experience and I'm very pleased with my new vehicle!

chris really had to work hard at getting me a loan , credit was not good,but he didn't give up got me loan at a decent rate . chris also keep me up to date about how it was going and treated me with respect. when i pick up the van i meet mark , he was helpful he showed us how every thing worked on the van he also was very nice . I wil buy my next vehicle from harbo.

I felt that the dealers were not pushy and tried to help me as best as they could. Very friendly atmosphere. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have not bought a used vehicle in several years but my first visit would be to Harbro. I'm satisfied with the vehicle,the price and professionalism and friendliness of all staff. Test drove the car at 1PM and drove out the parkinglot at 4PM with my new car. Liked the service!

Came in not really expecting to make the trade that day as there was not many min-vans in stock. Jeremy showed me what they had and was impressed with the Dodge. Jeremy was very personable and went over the features of the car. They let me take it out for a drive and it handled great and had all the features I was looking for and the price couldn't be beat. Dave assisted Jeremy with some of the finer points of the contract, but Jeremy knew his stuff and really only needed a double check. Overall, I would definitely go back if I needed another car/vehicle in the future!

Walked in Saturday night with the intention to browse options. Jeremy immediately greeted us at the door and invited us into his office to get an idea of our budget, etc. Recommended the '11 Chevrolet HHR. Test drove it and loved it. Sat down with David, Jeremy, and Mark to discuss the financial situation. Mark had the idea to see if I could go on the lease with my fiance to build my credit and it worked (thanks Mark!). Came back on Monday and drove the car off the lot. David was quick and efficient in making sure we got our car asap. Everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and patient with our questions. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!
