I had an awesome experience at Harbro!!! David Malo went above and beyond finding me the exact car I was looking for and the rest of the staff were extremely nice and helpful as well. Easiest dealership experience I have ever had-I would definitely recommend to anyone!

The sales team at Harbro is Awesome! They went above and beyond to help us get into the right vehicle. From getting us an approval (with not so good credit), to making sure we had a vehicle to drive through the snow storm, when ours was not ready. They made sure our payments were under what we could afford. We will be back for sure to buy our next vehicle!

I love these guys. I have now bought 3 cars from Harbro, and our family has bought together 6 vehicles. They listen to the customer, and bend over backwards to please. Being on medical disability is tough, especially after bankruptcy. Mike and Tony were able to re secure a loan, and establish credit for me again, giving me a newer car, with similar features. for relatively the same payment as my old car. I am a customer for life. I would recommend them to anyone. They're worth it.

Tony assisted me right away in purchasing my new vehicle. He listened to the reasons I was there and did the best he could to fit my family's needs-payment, mpg, size, etc..... I felt at ease while purchasing my vehicle, not pushed into anything like many dealerships have done to me in the past. I just bought a car from Harbro a few months back and was very satisfied with my purchase. When I found myself without a car due to an accident, I knew I had to go straight to David again. He worked for months straight looking for another G6 just like I had gotten. He looked every single morning, contacted hundreds of people, and never gave up. When he finally found me the perfect one, I almost couldn't afford it. David went to work right away again trying to lower the price to what I could afford. When he couldn't get the price to change, he called in Chris, and Chris worked deligently trying to get them to lower it. Finally he succeeded. So I bought a really great, quality car, a 2008 Pontiac G6, for the perfect price. Everyone there tried so hard to get me back on the road in the best car they could. Any of my friends that need a car, I will send to Harbro. They have continued to give me the best experience I could ask for.

There are several good reasons why I would recommend Harbro Auto Sales. They treat you like you are a real person, and they still maintain a professional atmosphere. They were very helpful explaining different options that were available as well. I was able to buy a very good used car for a fair price, and they helped set up the financing for it for me. The service department is top notch too. In addition to the oil change, they fixed the "engine light" issue, and fixed a problem that could have been much more expensive if it had not been attended to.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from here. My sister has also purchased two vehicles from here. Really helped me out when i needed it the most. I couldnt possibly go anywhere else. They are honest and they care.

Well this is the third car we have bought from Mike at Harbro in the last 10 year. We go in explain to Mike what are needs are and he finds us just what we need , he stands behind every car or suv he has sold us . we could not be happier and would be happy to send any of are family or friends to Harbro. we also bring all are car there for oil changes and service and have always been treated with excellent service. I set out with a long list of dealers, ready to buy a car to replace my Blazer that died. With starting a new job in a week, I wasn't looking forward to the grueling day ahead of me. Harbro was my first stop because it was the closest to my house. I met Mike Hare & spent about three hours there, talking over cars & common interests. It may seem like a long time, but three hours turned into a very pleasant visit. Mike was very friendly & I really appreciated his ability to lay out all the facts of the four cars I was looking at. The new job demanded that I get something with good milage & Mike helped me figure out not only the miles I'd drive over a year, but the gas as well, potentially saving me $4,000 over a year! We also looked over several payment plans for the top two choices. Mike helped me realize the most reasonable choice for my needs, as well as something I was happy to be driving. I really appreciated his plain speaking, honesty, showing me the papers they use to calculate, his personality & even sharing personal stories. Even though I just met him, it felt more like I was returning to a business I've been at for years.

My experience at Harbro Sales & Service has been nothing but positive. Chris was absolutely professional and friendly from the moment I walked through the door and he worked diligently getting me a fair and reasonable exchange for my F-150 for a Ford Explorer.
