There is not any doubt in our minds that there has to be a reason that my Wife and I keep returning to Harbro. In fact, 14 months ago we strayed to another dealer because of our lack of patience in finding the vehicle we were looking for. Well, here we are, back to Harbro, (It's nice to be back "HOME" where people care).

I dealt with the Webster MA shop and I have to say they were excellent. Not only the customer service (Eddie Barnes) but the price was amazing. $15 special for oil changes! I rescheduled three times and Eddie was understanding, professional, and nice each and every time.

We purchased our vehicle here a few years ago. We have had an excellent experience with all of the people who work here in Webster. They know me by name and are very personable and professional. We are due for a new vehicle soon and we will be visiting harbro as our first choice to purchase another vehicle. Excellent group of men to deal with.
