I would recommend any of my family or friends to Harbro if they were in need or looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Dave Malo assisted me in the sale of my car and went above and beyond when it came to getting me approved for a loan with a decent apr and in getting me to monthly payments that were almost out of reach with my credit being not so up to par. I live in the area and initially went to Harbro first before shopping around at other used car dealerships and ended up back there in the end to buy a 2009 Mazda cx7. There were a few minor issues that came up when I started really driving the car and they were more than happy to fix them right away for me even after 3 months when my battery went they drove to my work to replace it for me. In my opinion they are the very best used car dealership in mass, and everyone who works there is so honest and helpful.

Chris and Dave were excellent to work with. Chris initiated the experience and sold us the car. Dave stepped in to finalize the sale and paperwork with us to assist Chris. Both Chris and Dave were very informative, patient, no pressure tactics, and made the entire buying experience a positive one. We did not feel it necessary to shop any other dealers because of Chris and the great selection of quality used vehicles Harbro had to offer. Chris spent 4-5 hours with us allowing my wife to test drive almost 10 different vehicles. We came back the next day to test drive the final 2 cars in the decision, and Chris once again was very patient and helpful. He gave us a great price on the vehicle, and a fair value for our trade. Chris was not available when we came back for final paperwork so David took over and finalized with us. David was very friendly, and informative throughout the paperwork process. The entire process made me feel like I was dealing with a couple of my good friends instead of a car dealer. I plan to use Harbro for all my future auto purchases and service. I would highly recommend Harbro to friends and family.

David was great to work with in sales- he did all the legwork looking for a loan at a rate I could afford. He came back with multiple choices for me. Mark is in service and very easy to work with. I bought a gorgeous Ford Expedition from Harbro Webster in early December and unfortunately had to bring it back due to personal financial reasons. Thank the Lord for their 30 Day Buy Back Program because they bought it back and got me into a vehicle that better met my financial needs!! They were very understanding and excellent to work with!
