Harbro's service was/is fantastic. Great and friendly people. Every time I have called they were able to get me in the shop the next day which is extremely important in the profession that i am in. Also, every time they kept within the price they quoted and also the time they predicted it would take. I dealt with Devin and she has been great. Friendly, enthusiastic, and down to earth. She remembers me, which makes me feel as though my business is highly valued. Overall, everyone at Harbro has made my experience with them worthwhile and I see myself doing business with them for a long time to come!

i have bought three cars from harbro and the experence was one of the most plesant experiance i have had in all the years i have buying cars. everything from the service mechanics to the sales persons have been the greatest. i woulde recommend harbro to anybody that wants a quality vehicle and customer relation pesonal. in the past i have sent family members there to buy a car and they have been repeat customers.

I went to this dealership not intending to purchase from them but to look and see what they have and the prices of the vehicles. They were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The went above and beyond any dealership I have every experienced before and were very informative and were flexible to my needs.

I had shopped them against a huge dealership ( Imperial Cars )thinking I'd give Harbro a try , but they probaly can't compete. I was totally wrong ! Not only did they have the exact same vehicle I looked at on the big guys lot, Harbro was LISTENING to me and got me into it on the payment I needed ( not 100.00 more like the other lot ! ). Their staff is friendly and professional. When I picked it up, it was ready and all my docs and paperwork along with complimentary coupons and my spare keys were given to me in a very nice binder with a great picture on the cover of my newly aqquired vehicle ! I totally recommend them and would buy from them again. Although I only had the oil changed once thus far, their service dept and Andrea get a thumbs up from me !! Thanks Harbro

Needed my brakes checked and they were able to see my car right away and then do the work the same day. Very easy to deal with and fair on the pricing.

I recently sold my car to Harbro Sales. I never knew dealing with a used car dealership could be such a pleasure. Yes, I said pleasure! I had posted my like-new Toyota RAV4 on Craig's List and had gotten so many lowball offers I was about ready to give up. I even tried to sell it back to Toyota and they basically asked me to pay them to take it. Then Tim Hare called me. Long story short, we agreed on a price that made us both happy. Tim handled every bit of paperwork we needed to complete the transaction AND sent someone from Harbro to my home to get the car... and I live in New Hampshire! He also helped me out with a last minute repair the car needed at no cost to me. He made it all so easy and I felt GOOD at the end of the transaction - not like I'd just been raked over the coals. I had some problems with my car and I brought it to the Webster Harbro location. I dealt with Dan & John and I was very pleased. Dan was quite helpful and explained what each problem was and the best ways to fix them. They had it fixed in no time and without trying to trick me into getting parts I didn't need. I feel quite confident bringing my vehicle back to them because I trust the service they provide.

Tony called me several times to come and see cars that I might be interested in. He didn't give me the hard sell and we purchased only when the right one came in. We had a couple issues before and after we finalized the deal, but all issues were taken care of by Harbro at no cost to me. The mechanic (Dan) was very helpful and patient in explaining the problems and the repairs and also explained how some of the options worked on my new vehicle. I found everyone there very helpful. They want to make sure you are happy with your purchase.
