I went to harbro Sales in search of a used pick up truck...

I went to harbro Sales in search of a used pick up truck for my company. I typically do not like purchasing used vehicles. Usually you get a high pressured salesperson that tries to push you into what they need to sell...not what you want. Tony Waters listened to my needs. From vehicle size to my budget. They did not have what I was looking for and instead of me pushing into something they had in stack Tony went on a mission. He quickly found a vehicle that met all my criteria. When searching for a used vehicle there is no question as to where to go and who to see.

I was in need of an oil change and a family member...

I was in need of an oil change and a family member suggested Harbro's Sales & Service. I was very pleased with the experience. Tony, Ed and Dan were all very professional and efficient. Price of service was excellent as well. I will be returning in the future for any purchase or repair and would recommend anyone do the same. Thanks again!!! Maryanne Lange

My car buying experience with Harbro was very positive. I didn't feel any pressure to buy, and I felt that Mike and Dave were very interested in making sure that I was getting a good reliable vehicle that I would be happy with. They are clearly looking to develop a long term customer relationship and they've made a good first step.

I gave the rating I have because I was shown great customer service, took care of my need right away, as a drop in more than once. Their work was always done correctly. They have always had a great friendly attitude. Alway's a great experience to go to Harbro, one is treated with respect,& caring. And the price is great, never felt over charged, or financially taken advantage of. I would alway's give them a great reference!!

I had an appointment today at Harbro to look at an issue...

I had an appointment today at Harbro to look at an issue I am having with my exhaust system. Dan, John and Eddie collectively diagnosed the issue and we will be moving forward with the repair. The service dept in Webster is very professional and they are all a pleasure to work with. My experience with Harbro has always been top notch and I would recommend their sales and service to everyone.

I bought a 2012 Toyota Camry from them and received outstanding service.. I originally was going to buy elsewhere until Chris Sargent helped me out and got me a great deal.. My salesman Dave malo was also very helpful an the office staff an owners as well.. I will be back for my next purchase and I will refer people I know to do business with them!!!!

After years of being disappointed (and overcharged) by...

After years of being disappointed (and overcharged) by dealership service departments, I went on the hunt for a mechanic I felt I could trust. I looked for someone who looked like they took pride in their work (and in their personal appearance and work area). I have been driving by Harbro for years and remembered that I have never heard anything bad about them, and the lot area always looked well kept, so I stopped by Harbro recently to talk with the mechanic and take a look at the place. The young mechanic impressed me by his demeanor, his clean-cut appearance, and his honest answers. Their waiting room was clean and neat and everyone I encountered was friendly. So I made an appointment for a recommended manufacturers service. My car was taken in right on time and finished when they said it would be. I was finicky with a couple of requests and those requests were correctly fulfilled with a smile. It was real pleasant to sit in a quiet waiting room for a change without a loudspeaker blaring constantly and service writers approaching other customers with news of costly recommendations. I liked this place and the mechanic. I'll be back.

We have been a customer of Harbro for 10 years. We just...

We have been a customer of Harbro for 10 years. We just purchased our third vehicle from Mike Hare. The reason for the third purchase was that our Jeep was stolen 09/19/2012 and Mike went shopping on our behalf for a vehicle for us. He found us 2007 Buick Rendezvous. An absolute beautiful vehicle. We also needed a hitch installed so we can tow our boat and Mike got one installed for us at no extra cost. Mike worked with several lenders and got us the best rate and term that fit our budget. Harbro is my one and only car dealer that I will ever purchase vehicles from. Robin Ciras
