Had an emergency service transmission cooling line repair completed by Harbro in Webster. John took care of the initial portion and the guys out back (Dan and Matt) did the rest. Very nice job!

I have purchased several vehicles from Harbro over the past 15 years and have been very pleased with their selection and and overall experience. Last week I was getting ready to leave for a vacation when I noticed I was leaking fuel from my Chevy Tahoe. I called Harbro and spoke with Dan and John and they said I could bring it right up. After an on the spot diagnosis, John started calling for the necessary parts which would be there shortly. They got right on the job to replace my fuel pump and injector kit. Within a few hours I was on my way. Thanks to the people at Harbro I averted a disastrous situation.

As Usual Habro makes my experience with dealing with them, great! In tradition I used to be stress about the used car dealership mentality. NOT at Habro! Very friendly and great people! A little back ground/ I'm a 77 year old retired Operating Engineer, grew up in garages. A few weeks ago I purchased a 2004 Ford Ranger 4x4 Ext. cab 4 door. After driving it a few hours I noticed on occasion, rough shifting and the dreaded flashing O/D light. I new the flashing O/D light is like a check engine lite but for the transmission. Took it back and Dan diagnosed the problem and made the repairs which are not trivial in nature, a good day's work. The Harbro folks treated me right and I have heard many good stories about em. I salute Tony Waters, Dan and the rest of the crew.

As usual, they go above and beyond what it necessary to take care of and satisfy the customer. The parts (front brakes) were not on hand when I arrived. Dan explained by the time they removed the old brakes the new ones will be there and I would be out as promised. The even finished an hour earlier than promised. Great job guys and a big THANK YOU.
