I can honestly say that the staff that is currently working in the Webster Location is the best you've had. We recently experienced a problem with our van on the highway and had to pull over. It was a Saturday afternoon, and we stopped at Harbro's, which was one of the few service stations that was open in the area. We were treated very well and received a rental van quickly and were told that our van would be ready for pickup on Monday. The overall service was very courteous and thoughtful of our safety.

The overall experience of buying a car is generally stressful, but the wonderful salesmen at harbro made us feel safe and secure about it. Great service! Answered every question we had and were very patient with us.

This was our first experience with Harbro, although they had come recommended by a friend. Tony was easy going and seemed forthright immediately. We were looking under 10k, which hasnt been easy and it's hard to know who to trust. We were comfortable with Tony and he was knowledgeable about the 2 vehicles that we were interested in. This was my first experience with Harbro and it will not be my last. I worked with Chris Sargent and he was wonderful. Friendly, kind, courteous and always got back to us with every detail. I am so glad I took that chance at their lot and I found the truck of my dreams and he did everything possible to get me in that truck. They were so impressive that my husband bought his car there too while I was finalizing my purchase! Harbro seemed to go out of there way to make sure both me and my husband were comletely satisfied with our vehicles with no pressure ever to buy. Any and all concerns we had were all taken serioulsy and dealt with to make sure we were very happy. Not only did they make the sale go easy but to have them do all the leg work to register and get us on the road was awesome!! They do all the work!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!! I guess they really are trying to be as their mission states "to change the way people feel about used car dealers"!

I bought a car in April from Harbro Auto in Webster. This was easily the easiest, low stress car purchase I have made. Tony was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to send my friends and family to Harbro Auto for their next used car purchase.
