My girlfriend and I were put in a very tight spot when...

My girlfriend and I were put in a very tight spot when her car finally broke down and it was simply too costly to repair. She had a very limited budget (I stress the word limited) We tried going to the Big Dealerships located on the "Auto Mile" and were treated like a lost cause, no one would even attempt to help us get a used vehicle within her budget. It honestly seemed like all hope was lost. Finally we decided to stop in to HARBRO being as it was very local to us. From the moment we stepped on to the lot it was like night and day. We were greeted and immediately helped by Chris Sargent who listened to our story and actually cared about us and our situation. (I like to consider myself a wise man and can spot true sincerity when I see it.) He promised us he would do all he could to get us into a vehicle within our budget, and he did just that. He presented us with options and even worked with our limited credit to bring the monthly price to just where we wanted it. They even gave us an amazing trade in value for her broken down vehicle, towing it from the garage to their lot free of charge. That right there saved us much needed money to finalize the deal. If that wasn't enough they even gave us a rental vehicle free of charge for two days while we finalized some title issues for the trade in. The whole team really went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. I want to thank all of them for everything they did to make this difficult process go as smoothly as possible. I do not think we could have walked away with a better deal anywhere else. I highly recommend the team at HARBRO Sales and Service to anyone looking to get the best deal possible, and who want to be treated with respect and walk away feeling like they are now a part of the HARBRO Family. I am new to the area and needed my brakes done. I decided to stop at Harbro because it was very close and I had heard amazing thing about them. I walked in and they took my car right away, I expected to at least have to leave it overnight. In under in hour they had both my brakes done for less than what they said one would cost. Their ENTIRE staff was warm and friendly from their service technicians to the sales staff, even though I was not and had not purchased my car there. I don't think I will have my car serviced any ware else again. I would recommend Harbro to everyone!

We were very impressed with Harbro. Mark showed us four cars that we liked. We chose the Saturn, which we are very pleased with. Harbro is a place where everyone is so friendly! When we came back after purchasing the car, Mike handled our paperwork. He was great! He is personable and professional. He explained all of the features of our new car and gave us instructions. I drive by Harbro (Whitinsville) every day, and had been...

I drive by Harbro (Whitinsville) every day, and had been checking out the SUV's they had on the lot. One particular one kept catching my eye. I went to their website to check out the stats and found 2 SUV's I thought I would be interested in. I contacted Dave Malo, and on a Thursday evening I test-drove 2 Jeeps. By Saturday morning I was driving away in the one that I chose...all the paper work signed, sealed and transacted! This was such a stress free experience..no pressure to buy at all--just the facts and how I felt about the cars I tried. In fact, Dave was the most UN-salesman salesman I every met, and that is a GOOD thing! I was comfortable asking questions. They handled the financing, finding the best possible arrangement. Also contacting the insurance company, and the registry..Thank you Jeff K.! I would definitely recommend the Harbro experience.

My name is Cory Desrosiers i am sending another review because for some reason the last one i did was a mistake and it was sent through as an unsatisfied review but nothing could be further from the truth. Just about all of the criteria questions were a perfect 5 the only one that was not a 5 was the quality of work question only because i did not deal directly with the service department but i am sure if i did i would have gotten the same great service as i did from everyone in the sales department. thank you, Cory Desrosiers

Tom the sales person in Webster was very pleasent and...

Tom the sales person in Webster was very pleasent and sympathetic about my needs and budget. He wasn't pushy in any way but at the same time was there if i had questions. Andrea was very courteous and profesional to any problems we encountered. Dan, the head mechanic at the Webster branch was instrumental in locating and/or solving problems caused by others. He was very profesional and knowledgable about the problems or questions I had. I would be comfortable bringing any of my vehicles there for service.

My husband and I have been looking for a car for my...

My husband and I have been looking for a car for my daughter for a while now. After bouncing around dealerships we finally ended up at Harbro. The employees are very friendly with a cup of coffee ready for us and our dealer was very helpful. Harbro helped us work out a reasonable price and assured us of their 30 day buy back policy in case we were unsatisfied with the vehicle. I was very impressed by how fast we were able to take the car home and how they put on the license plates for us and took care of everything. The car runs great and my daughter loves it!

If you are looking for a used car, Harbro is the place to go! The staff is friendly, knowledgable and always willing to "go the extra mile" to keep customers satisfied. I recently traded in my yellow '05 Ford Focus "Sunshine" (purchased through Harbro), for a fun VW beetle convertible! Tony is absolutely fabulous! He is not your typical "used car salesman". He goes out of his way to be sure the customer leaves the lot smiling! Patient, knowledgable, accommodating, courteous,honest and fun are not adjectives you would normally attribute to a used car salesman...but those describe the quality of character you will find when dealing with Tony. If you are looking to purchase a used car...go talk to Tony, at Harbro..the best used car dealership around! You'll be happy you did!

I needed some service repairs done before I could get my...

I needed some service repairs done before I could get my car inspected. I had heard good things about Harbro and decided to give them a try. Wow! The service department actually took time to explain to me what needed to be done and why and gave me a great price. I really appreciated being treated like a valued customer - so few businesses have that mentality anymore. Thumbs way up for Harbro's service department! Professional, friendly, just a great staff!

Ummm....I never dealt with either John Grande or Andrea Cutting. I dealt with Dave Skehan, the service manager. The only reason I'd go back would be if Dave was still there. But, went the other day, and found out he was no longer there. So - won't be back to Harbro.

Very good service. Very helpful and fast. Employees were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Would definately refer friends and family to this dealership. When there are issues the employees get them taken care of.
