I can't tell you how many vehicles I've purchaced over the years (many)!If they didn't have what I wanted, they would find it.The service is top knotch,especially that service wrighter (you know who you are). After purchasing a vehicle from them in 12/28/2011 which...
After purchasing a vehicle from them in 12/28/2011 which I purchased in cash. They were suppose to register the car which I paid for and it turns out they registered the car for a total of 3 days. They never told me I had to renew the registration immediatly just to get the car inspection, which was done immediatly. When I found out the cars registration was expired and called them to ask what happened the were belligerant and after a lengthy conversation with them being extremely rude I was told I had to take care of the problem myself. Why would I pay for a registration for 3 days. I feel they ripped me off. They may have won awards from you people in the past but I will now take your ratings with a grain of salt as well. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Ater dealing with Mike Hare at Harbro the did go above and beyond to fix the problem and take care of the problem. I am changing my review to give them and excellent rating and will recommend them to people as a great place to buy a car from. I would like to thank them for their diligence in correcting the issues.

Harbro Has reached out to Mrs Gordon and has come to a mutually satisfactory solution. Thank you Margery for working with us to ensure your satisfaction. To Note : Harbro "Transferred" her active Massachusetts registration on December 28th 2011. Her registration was valid until January 31st 2012. Harbro charged her the $ 25 Mass transfer fee and $ 75 Mass title Fee and sales tax - all Massachusetts RMV fees on Dec 28th 2011. We had no intent on misleading Mrs Gordon. Her license plates had a " 12 " sticker on them and she considered that to mean that her plates were good thru 2012. They in fact expired on the last day of the first month of 2012 ( Jan 31st 2012 ) which I do agree is confusing. In speaking with Mrs Gordon, her registration is now valid and we are able to retain her as a customer and she has been in since for an Oil change. We are delighted to be given a 2nd chance and appreciate her putting this misunderstanding behind us.

I had a fantastic experience buying my 2008 Honda CRV! I have been putting off getting a new vehicle because I dread going to the dealership. I usually go to the bigger dealerships and I feel under attack! You have to know that they are going to get the most out of you regardless. The back and forth. Ususally my stomach is sick because of the pressure they put on you. Everytone at Harbro was great. I delt with Tim and I do not remember the other guy , but he is the one that brought the veh in for Harbro. No pressure what so ever and down to earth nice people- nice Family! We have been working with Harbro for over 12 years and we would not go anywhere else. When it was finally time to put to rest our Suburban that we originally bought from them 10 years ago, Mike worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect 8 passenger Suburban that we still wanted. His efforts and determination need to be commended. All the employees that we deal with in the sales and service department are always friendly and out to please. We are happy to recommend Harbro to all our friends.

By far this was the most pleasurable experience buying a car! Tim took the time to listen (really listen) to what i was looking for and then explained the pros and cons of options they not only had on the lot, but also what they could go to market and look for. The no-hassle, no-pressure, everything-done-for-you, customer-comes-first process of "negotiating" ultimately led to us purchasing the car. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy not only with the new car, but with the sales process and how I was treated - shows they don't just care about "the sale". I even went to some other "big" dealerships and honestly couldn't get off their lot and back to Harbro fast enough. I highly recommend these guys and will be sure to go back for my next car.

I am so happy with the way I was treated at Harbro that I send everyone to them for used cars and service. They took care of the minor scratches in the paint, dealt with the insurance company and the registry, and added NO FEES for paperwork, which is unheard of today.

The staff was great to deal with and helped with the registration and title process saving time.
