Tony was a great salesperson. He was very helpful in that he told us to test drive as many cars as we wanted till we were completely satisfied. A couple months after we bought the car, a belt went bad in it and even though it was past the initial 30 day warranty period they fixed it at no charge to us. I would definately recommend this place to others.

When deciding to purchase a vehicle all employees, esp. Chris, were especially helpful, patient, thorough. Chris esp. helped us choose the appropriate car for us and not necessarily the more expensive model, providing a vehicle which was most fitting for our needs. Shortly after purchase we had a battery problem. They were very responsive, came to our home and after evaluation replaced the battery without any question. All exchanges with these employees have been personable and professional. We would not hesitate to return for another vehicle in the future or recommend Harbro to a friend.

My 80 yr old mom from Oxford needed a car ASAP, after...

My 80 yr old mom from Oxford needed a car ASAP, after their very old clunker rotted out. My folks wanted to buy local and Harbro was suggested, as well as another dealer, by Mac's garage and a friend. I am still amazed at how quickly I found a clean, beautiful one owner car for them. I live in Holden and work allot. I did not internet access on the road and not much time. I called the Whitinsville dealership accidently and apoke to Tim. I told him what I was looking for, even though I really had no idea. I just know my folks remember liking Fords, were rather desperate without having a car, and could not afford much at their age. I asked about Ford Taurus and he said he had a 2000 model with 108K that was being sent to Webster. He told me Tony Waters would be the man to call, and he assured me he would work with me and take good care of us. Well, other than being so nice, friendly and patient, he gave us a very good price, and went above and beyond with accomodating us. Salesman always made me nervous and older folks always worry about being taken advantage of. My mom needed to take her time to get used to something so much bigger than what she had. She did not even want to get in the car and of course I drove it to test it out. We looked at only one other to compare in the area, and came right back and purchased the car from Tony. He took care of the running regarding registration etc. and fixed a few minor details to fix to make it perfect. That same day after I took folks to the doctors, we stopped by and his staff James followed us to Oxford to drop the car off and I drove James back. We were so thankful for this extra service you have no idea. The next day the registration came in and no one was available to pick this up. Tony asked James to drop the registration off when it came in - another very appreciated action for customer service you just don't find anymore. My mom wanted a manual which Tony ordered, and also made her a nice binder with all the cars information. Tony has a great, caring, friendly and honest attitude. We really enjoyed working with him. Also, the facility is so clean and very convieient for my parents to getting the car serviced there. She never thought she would own a red car at this age, but really likes it allot. The family wish them the best with their new ride. Thank you again Tony & staff..I will refer your business to people I know looking for a quality used vehicle. I was referred to Harbro by a family member. I have never had any dealership give the greeting that they give you. I would recommend anyone to Harbro. The sales team treat you like a person not a number.

I went in to purchase a new/used vehicle and had my eye...

I went in to purchase a new/used vehicle and had my eye on a particular RAV4 that I thought was out of my price range. David Malo, my salesperson, went above and beyond to not only reduce the original price by $1,000.00 but also gave me more than was originally offered on my trade-in...as well as making sure to work with the right financial institution so that my payments would be comfortably within my range. I must make mention of Heather in the main office (not sure of her last name) because she was upfront and honest in communicating, and prompt towards letting me know the status of things while I was waiting on the title to arrive from Texas. Her efforts were greatly appreciated. The next day after purchase, it rained and my wipers were not doing an A+ job...so I called, spoke to Heather, who called Karen down in the service dept, and they got me in immediately. I was there for less than 5 minutes despite how busy they were and again...the service was impeccable. I will always tell anyone I know looking to buy a new/used car...to definitely go to Harbro.

This was our "first" but certainly not our...

This was our "first" but certainly not our "last" experience with Harbro. We were looking for a 2011 Jeep Cherokee, red, with leather seats. Within a week Mark found us exactly what were looking for. The staff listens to the customer and goes above and beyond to meet their expectations. I will be recommending them to all our family & friends!
