4th vehicle bought from this dealership. Every experience has been great. From the sales people to the service department everyone is friendly, helpful, and honest. The prices are fair. They always seem to have great vehicles on the lot. This is the best used car dealership around.

IT was a friendly dealership my car had troubles but they backed up everything up with what they said they would .And they continue to be help to me every day.

I am so happy with my car. When I want to get somewhere, it responds like a racing bike. If I just want to float or Cruz, it's certainly a quiet, heavy limousine. When I arrived at Harbro, I had a chance to sense the goings-on beyond the sitting area. After sipping some of my individually, custom brewed coffee I stated to the secretary that I was "not getting a sliming feeling from this place". She smiled and said, "Thank you. We appreciate that." After another moment, "Mark" (the buyer and part owner), came out and shook my hand. I told which car I was interested in and asked where he got it. He said, "I got it from a dealership at the Auction. -Let me show you.....". We went directly outside and he proceeded whipping open the doors, trunk, doors, and hood, directing me to feel and look in an acute manner for any previously done bodywork. "Wow", I said, "Where did you learn this ?" He shrugged and said, "I've been doing it since I was eleven. This was my father's and uncle's dealership. I'm very fussy about what we sell." He also pointed out that the previous owner had taken very good care of the car because the interior was immaculate and the tires were great condition; not having ever run them ragged. it was time to finance my first car, and i had looked around to many different places. every dealership i went to had tried to scam/put a lot of pressure on/ me, and i could tell they didn't care about me being happy and satisfied, just about making the sale. i was sitting in one dealership for over 3 hours! once i discovered harbro, i entered my financial information into the form online while i was at work, was approved with great rates and payments by the time i got there after work, and was greeted by genuinely happy people. dave was very helpful with the many questions i had, and heather created the awesome binder with answers to all and any questions i may have had remaining after i left, along with compiling all of the excessive paperwork that is necessary. i went there on a monday, and was driving away in my new chevy cobalt that wednesday. thursday i got a call from dave making sure i was entirely happy with my purchase, and friday i got a thank you card in the mail with a free oil change certificate. everyone here is completely dedicated to making sure you are 150% happy with everything involved in the car buying process, and dave was wonderful to work with. thank you harbro!!

I went to Harbro to look for a used vehicle to replace my previous car after its engine had died, and Dave went far beyond my expectations in getting me a great deal on a 2008 Chevy Impala. Not only did he help me out in getting the deal that I did, but he was able to work with the credit union they use for financing to get the rest of my previous vehicle loan rolled over into the new financing. I was very pleased with my experience in dealing with Harbro. The quality of the vehicles, the prices, and the customer service are all great.

My experience at Harbro for my first time was a very good one. Tony was very accommodating and made the process a smooth one. There were a couple of minor issues, not Tony's fault, but that is to be expected. Overall,I had a very good experience with Harbro and will recommend them to others.
