Our entire experience was pleasant and satisfactory. We were made to feel very comfortable. It was easy to talk with our sales representative, and he listened to our particular needs. There was never any pressure to purchase the automobile we were interested in. Harbro should receive all "tens," not just fives!

Let me start by saying, I was in the car business myself for 5+ years. I had started on the web-site and filled out something informing them of what I wanted specifically. 2009 Volvo S80 with under 20K for a specified price. They responded almost immediatley to this personally (not automated). I went to show my trade-in and met with Tim and Angel and discussed in more detail my requirements. They assured me they could find what I wanted and they did just that. They found me that and more, I was speechless. I also had Mike Harr do my financing, that again was another great choice that left me beyond happy! I sent them an edible arrangement to express my thanks in a way other than words. I look forward to my free first oil change so i can visit again and I wait patiently to send my family or friends there when the need arises. Outstanding in every way!!!

These guys were AWESOME .... I started searching for a car several weeks ago... and stopped in and talked to Mark... told him the price range I was looking in and what I was looking for.... After several visits and working with both Mark and Tim...It was clear I would not purchase my car anywhere else... their level of commitment to find just the "RIGHT" car for me was evident.... They showed me cars in my range and when I found one that was a little more than I had ... They worked with me to get it within my range... and then made sure it was PERFECT before letting me drive off their lot.... I purchased a 2008 Ford F-150 Lariat from Harbro (Linwood) last month; I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience with this dealership! I sat down with Mike and told him what I was looking for and within a few weeks they had found the exact truck I wanted!! They never bothered me with suggestions for vehicles that I knew I wouldn't be interested in like many other dealerships do. That was really important to me, I knew what I wanted and I didn’t want to be bothered with anything else. The truck was immaculate aside from one spot where the previous owner had scratched up the paint, the service center sent the truck out and had it repaired so the truck looks like new! In my opinion this dealership goes above and beyond my expectations for a car dealership. I have recommended these guys to all of my friends and family, in fact my brother purchased a vehicle from them just a few days after me because of the experience I had with them. Please give this dealership a chance! I assure you, you will not regret it!

Harbro Auto Sales is a great place to buy a new or used car. Their staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Their prices are pretty general and you know that you are always going to get a great deal when you do business with them. They are a dealership that I can actually trust where I am able to walk in knowing that I will not be taken advantage of. I recommend them all the time and they are the only dealership I will ever do business with!

My sixth used car purchased from Harbro! Always successful working with Harry - very honest! All the employess I had contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. All of the financing, insurance and RMV stuff was handled great! When needed, the service dept. has been great too!

This is the 14th car we have purchased at Harbro. There was a lapse where we did NOT do business with them but now we are back. Couldn't ask for friendlier, more professional people to work with. The trade in and process were seamless and timely. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a GOOD used vehicle.

I purchased a 2003 Honda Civic LX from Harbro and can't say enough positive things about my experience. They were proactive in every aspect of the purchase. I started the process by filling out the car finder on their website and within 2 minutes, they called me to clarify the information that I entered and made me aware of my options on vehicles they had available. When it came to making the purchase, the competence of their staff could not have made the process easier. All of the paperwork was neatly filed and organized, making the process a breeze. When I picked up the car it was immaculate, inside and out. In all, the quality of vehicle that Harbro sells, combined with their friendly, honest staff, will definitely cause me to be a repeat customer in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. Throughout the process I felt like I could completely trust them, taking the angst out of buying a car.
