More times I thought I was in some kind of a mess when I entered this establishment only to find that I was taken care of in the best possible way. These people are friendly, professional, helpful, and trustworthy. I originally bought the car there over 4 years ago, and have been given the the best service I have ever received anywhere. They bend over backwards to make sure you understand your options, and somehow always resolve your problem for you quickly and satisfactorily. I will go nowhere else for service, and nowhere else to buy a car. Anywhere else I've ever done business, I've felt I had to be wary of double-talk and watch out for the gotcha that comes along in every deal. At Harbro, I feel that they are upfront and honest. And after you buy the car, they will not leave you hanging.

I stopped in to Harbro and was immediately impressed by their genuine interest in helping me find the car I wanted at a price that I could afford. I am so happy that I did- Tim quickly found a quality car and Mike thoroughly explained the financial aspect. No tricks, none of the pushing that I had experienced at other dealers in the area. The staff was friendly and accomodating to my schedule, and I was surprised to see how clean and inviting the offices were, and even had a cup of green tea. Overall- Excellent! The process was a great experience, and the honesty of the Hare family was refreshing. Definitely check them out when purchasing a vehicle, I am so happy that I did. My new car is beautiful, clean, and absolutely perfect.

I came in contact with Harbro via Craig's list. The dealings that we had were totally accurate and I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a car. Whenever you deal with someone from Craig's list there is always an elemnet of doubt especially when things go so smoothly. Very honest people, also supplied professional references, and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

I have heard only good things about Harbro from people who have bought vehicles from them. This is something you don't hear about from used car dealers. After buying a vehicle from them myself I can see why they have a good reputation. After agreeing on the price they corrected some cosmetic faults I had with the vehicle in a very satisfactory manor. There was never any pressure. I would recommend them if you are looking to buy a used car.

This is the second used car we have purchased through Harbro. I recommend them highly. If you like old-fashioned business ethics and want to buy from a dealer that stands behind what it sells, Harbro is the place for you. Harry Malkasian is a wonderful, no-pressure salesman. He trys his best to put you into the car that is right for you. Everyone at Harbro is personable and listens to what you have to say. Their cars are super clean - I've never seen used cars that look any better! Harbro is big on customer satisfaction and it shows. Give this small business a chance before you try the "big guys" - you will be happy you did!

Bought a 2003 Avalon which looked to be in excellent shape. Got an excellent price on my trade. Had a problem with the Avalon - started smoking. Harbro stood behind the car and rebuilt the engine, providing a loaner for almost 3 months (not their fault on the timing). Avalon running great so far! Very satisfied with the service and product. We will be back!

I've NEVER had a better car buying experience. Harbro changed my very negative opinion of car dealerships and the buying process into a positive and fun, yes fun! event. I loved that Mike provided expert knowledge about the different types of cars we were looking at and helped us to decide what car would fit our needs best. I never once felt that I was being pushed into a direction a didn't want to go in. He totally listened to what we were saying about what we wanted and helped us to find the right car. When he didn't have the car we wanted on his lot, he didn't try to sell us what he already had; he went out and looked for the model and make etc that we wanted. Recently we asked for his help and although we've moved to northern NH, he offered us help and assistance and even found the truck we were looking for very quickly. Mike keeps threatening to open a dealership up in our area and I say I CAN'T WAIT!!!!
