Our family had already experienced amazing service with the purchase of 4 vehicles from Harbro. I am compelled now to provide this rating given the exceptional service provided to my family on Friday, May 7th. Using the term exceptional service does not even seem adequate. Mike, Mark and Heather went above and beyond for a member of my family, a soldier in the US Military. Corey had only a few hours to find, finance and take possession of a vehicle in order that he may pack up this new vehicle and report to a new duty station. It was an emotional day for the family; as we had a short 24 hours with our soldier. I honestly believe that Mike, Mark and Heather treated Corey with a spirit of integrity that is not often seen these days. This team has a commitment to it's customers and community that we could all take a lesson from. That said, I must admit that I have received the same level of service from this team, as have others in my family. Harbro consists of a team of individuals who work together to ensure customers are pleased with, not only their vehicle (which we all depend on so greatly) but with the overall experience.

Recently, my husband and I were in a position where we either had to buy a newer car or pay too much money to fix the old one. Harbro helped us locate an affordable, decent low mileage car in our price range and helped us out of a tough situation. They were willing to give us money on our basically dead to us car and turn it into a family friendly safe car. They will not put you into something unsafe for you or your family even if it means waiting a bit longer for delivery. They do their job and they do it well! This is the third car we have purchased from them and there will absolutely be more! If you choose Harbro, you have made the right choice!

When I went to look for a truck, I knew that what I was looking for would be hard to find. I had a tight budget but needed a truck to both get me to and from work in every kind of weather and to pull my horse trailer. The people at Harbro went out of their way to find me a truck that was in great shape, and respected my budget. I was never asked to go above my price limit or to agree to high monthly payments. The truck that Harbro found me needed some work done, and they combed through everything for 3 1/2 weeks to make sure that the truck I purchased would be safe and reliable. I take pride in the independence I have when it comes to pulling horses around, and it is nice to know that I will never have to worry about the truck I am traveling in.

I was originally introduced to Harbro back in 2006 when I purchased my 2003 Honda Accord from their Webster dealership. The sale was smooth and I didn't feel like I was forced into purchasing a vehicle that I did not need. After the intial purchase, I decided to bring this vehicle along with my mini van for preventative work and have been taking both vehicles to the Webster service center religiously. The customer service is impecable and the service mgr, Kent, explains the work done and goes out of his way to ensure that I'm not paying or have had to pay for work that's not needed.
